The selection & price of the coffee is amazing. Delivery is slow but that is down to DHL. I also received a free 250grms of coffee beans with my order which I was not expecting.

Bad experience with Parcelforce!!! evrything was fine with my purchase…
everything was fine with my purchase until it arrived in the UK and was picked up by Parcelforce!! they sent me an sms with an option to choose to have it delivered to the Post office and I chose that option. They lied that they tried twice to deliver it to my address after I had selected the Post office, but both times there was no card left in my mailbox. They explained to me over the phone that the Post office would not accept a package larger than a shoe box.. In the end I had to travel 3 hours after work to their depot in East London to receive my purchase. I am furious!!! I will never buy anything from you again while working with them!

We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, we do NOT have direct control over the delivery process beyond handing your package to the delivery company as soon as possible, which we always do with care.
DHL generally handles the delivery of your package from Germany to your home in Great Britain. However, this company sometimes collaborates with local partners, such as Parcel Force, for the final stage of delivery, which seems to be the case with your package. This process is entirely managed by DHL itself, and we do not have direct control over it.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for any problems that may arise during the delivery process: We clearly indicate on our website that we use DHL/Parcel Force for deliveries to Great Britain.
We fully understand your frustration with this situation. If you had however contacted us, we could have investigated and filed a complaint with the delivery provider to try to resolve this issue. Our customer service team is always available and ready to assist you in such situations, but unfortunately, you did not reach out to us.
We are saddened to receive a poor review for a situation that is beyond our control. Although we do everything possible to ensure quick and efficient delivery, we rely on external delivery services for this part of the process.
