Shipping was fast and very well done, especially considering it was going from Canada to Maryland (United States.) the work on our coffee machine was completed within a few days which was very good as we miss using our machine.

The website was easy to use and the delivery was quick. There is a large selection of coffees available and the prices were good for the products they carry.

Generally, a positive experience in trying (Co-Vid) times. Web site was glitchy, delivery delayed a day or two, extra product (never ordered) arrived in additional shipment. Had to make an unnecessary trip to Canada Post depot to return the unwanted extra product.
Other than these points, the unit ordered did arrive unscathed.
The gentleman who looked after me (an owner ?) did his best to minimize the discomfort.
I would do business there again
