After a cancer diagnosis a few years ago, I installed a large water filtration system. Part of the system was a Luminor UV light because we have a well. I found the light on EBay in “new as is condition” I got a good deal, but I had no support from the EBay vendor. Tim at ESP helped me get the system sorted and I got some accessories that were not as easy to add as I had thought. Since then, I have used them for everything I need. The last thing I got was a new uv sensor. After I installed it, the system wouldn’t work because I had purchased the wrong one. Returning it and getting the right one was a breeze. The service is great, but thier prices are also the lowest I have found.

Our tap water had a metallic taste, is hard (creates buildup quickly), plus the chlorine. We ordered a reverse osmosis system from ESP Water Products, and it is so much better! Feels refreshing and clear. When I had an installation question, ESP was readily available and talked me through the issue. That kind of customer service is so unusual now---not a phone tree, outsourced agent in another country, or Amazon where you can't reach anyone. Dallas-based, available, and helpful. Top notch product and service!

The RO filters from ESP Water have worked very well. They provide clean, great-tasting drinking water, so that we don't have to taste the chlorine in the city water, and I’ve been very happy with the quality and reliability.

I ordered a glass sleeve for my UV light and O-rings. When I removed the package from the shipping carton and started removing the O-ring that was attached to the outside, the cap on the bottom of the tube fell off. Of course the glass sleeve came out and shattered on the ground.

I called ESP Water customer support and explained the situation. He said he would need to send this to him manager and I would get a reply Monday (Thanksgiving was the next day). In less than a half hour I received a text stating they were preparing my shipment. There was no additional cost.

It's the first time I have ever dealt with ESP Water Products. I found the part I was looking for. Received it in a few days. Installed it with no problems. A great experience with this company. Thanks.
