My session with her was really good for me. She extended my consciousness by gently guiding me to explore the issues I shared in a constructive manner. I felt like some of the things I told her were insignificant but she helped me connect ALL the little pieces to paint a clear picture of the root cause of the issues. I tend to deflect sometimes so there were moments where I’d feel uncomfortable with what I would have shared and I would subconsciously try to move away from it but she metaphorically stood behind me and gave me the courage to face the discomfort head on in order for me evolve. I also tend to be all over the place in the way I communicate sometimes so I was very impressed by her ability to quickly and efficiently make sense of and note everything I was saying and then ask me related questions that were very insightful. Overall, I had a great session and I’d highly recommend!

It was my first ever session with a coach, and I wasn't sure what to expect — but Dari immediately made me feel at ease. She has a great ability to help you cut through the noise: I tend to overthink and over-explain things, and she helped me say the same thing in a much clearer, more focused way.

Together we defined a goal at the start of the session, and by the end I had a much better sense of what to actually focus on to get there. There was also an unexpected exercise during the call that really opened up new perspectives for me — it was refreshing and eye-opening.

I came into the session with a defined goal and challenges. Instead, Dari, with her vast experience, quickly helped me realize that the core was a shift in my mindset. She adapted seamlessly, pivoting the conversation, and guiding me to see my challenges from a fresh perspective. She not only clarified concepts, but also structured a realistic action plan. For example, when I set a tight routine every 15 minutes, she helped me see that a flexible range—like 2 to 3 hours—was far more doable, measurable, and repeatable. The moment we adjusted, I felt an instant sense of relief and confidence. Her firm, energetic, and confident guidance truly made this process empowering. I can’t recommend her coaching enough!

She is really amazing, helpful and has the right words for the feelings and emotions even when I am not sure about them. Helped me learn about my personality and things I could work on to achieve my goals and gave real time workable feedback which can be applied to life in everyday scenarios.

The session was very helpful. She is professional, straight to the point, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I felt at ease, knowing there is complete honesty. I found her to be very understanding and empathetic as well. The art coaching exercise really helped me understand myself better. It helped me learn how to show compassion to myself better and how to be kinder to myself when things don’t turn out the way I hoped they would. Overall I would say, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.
