What an efficient service. Removing a part of the dashboard from the car and sending it to Essex was always going to mean a period off the road but it was as quick as could be expected.
The only thing I missed was not being told what was actually the fault, I only received the repaired part with no attached information.
I'd recommend Essex Recons.

Sent my dashboard off for repair Thursday afternoon it was delivered back Tuesday afternoon all fixed. Really well packaged, put it back in , no problem since , would certainly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

The experience I’ve had with this company is unmatched compared to other suppliers that I have dealt with in the past. Unfortunately the first pump that they sent me did have an internal malfunction, this can happen. However, the company dealt with the matter in a swift & professional manner. They sent me a pump next day with no questions asked & assured me i didn’t have to send anything back until my vehicle was repaired & back on the road. The second pump sent out worked a treat & vehicle is repaired & back on the road. All in all. I believe this is a very reputable & respectable company. Will definitely be using this company in the future & would recommend for people to use.
