While we are grateful for your review, we are disappointed as it is an unfair and unjust review.
Your review is not reflective of our products or services, but rather (it would seem) your printer issues. To be fair, we made every effort to assist you with these printer issues. Ben asked you on multiple occasions to email him the Word document you were trying to print so he could assess whether there were any issues with the document and try to narrow down the potential issues you were experiencing. However, despite being asked several times, you never sent the document. You sent other items to Ben - but despite repeated requests, you did not send the document requested.
Ben also asked for the document because the screen shot of the document you sent him did not appear to be one of our documents - it had Kindle text on the bottom of it which does not appear on any of our documents. So, whatever you were trying to print, it was NOT an EstateBee document. All of our printable forms are downloadable from our website only - nowhere else - and none of them have references to Kindle on them, anywhere.
When we didn't get the Word document from you (notwithstanding what you say), we then sent you a different Word document to assist you.
We tried our best to assist you for 24 hours - but you didn't do what we asked you to do to enable us to help you. Also, we are still not sure what you were trying to print, but it was not one of our Word documents. As mentioned, none of our Word documents contain any references to Kindle.
This was the first time in three years a customer has contacted us about being unable to print a document and our customers download and use hundreds of our documents each week.
In any event, we are happy to hear that you finally got there with the replacement document we sent you. For your inconvenience, we are also happy to offer you any one of our online legal documents products free of charge. Please reach out to our customer service team, and they would be delighted to assist you.
