Request but don’t rely solely on this
No timely communication and no reply that no taxi could be found for our airport transfer. Don’t rely on this platform - also request taxis through others and choose whoever replies and satisfies you

Hello, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience, thought we are not a taxi company — we don't request taxi thru other, we forward each single request to local taxi agencies in the city you needed.
If no taxi agency sends us a quote, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a response or booking confirmation. This means the issue did not depend on us directly, but on the local agencies that didn’t reply.
We take your review very seriously, and we’re already investigating why no agency responded in your case and will take action to improve our service in those areas.
Thank you for your feedback, it helps us make the platform more reliable for future users.
Very helpful so far
Very helpful so far, I've been able to find nice a good fare for my trip in NY.

Hi, many thanks for your 5-stars review, much appreciated!
YOU ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
You did not notify us of any taxi. We made no purchase. We will have to walk. You are a total waste of time. I will write several reviews.

The service is excellent
The service is excellent, they save you calling several taxi companies to get you the best deal. Unfortunately l can't say the same of the taxi companies who were unable to deliver.
