Bonjour,
Il y a exactement 3 semaines, j'ai subi une opération de lifting du visage, et une liposuccion réalisée avec Estrella Medical Group. Je souhaite préciser que je suis très satisfait du résultat. L’organisation l’hébergement, notre communication et contact avec notre chirurgien, les procédures, les traitements tous étaient très bien organisé. J'avais une chambre séparée, avec mon mari. Le chirurgien me rendait visite pour nous voir. Le lendemain, j'ai obtenu mon congé et tous les médicaments prescrits avaient été livrés à l'hôtel où nous logions. L’opération s’est déroulée sans problème et facilement. J'ai également envoyé un message WhatsApp au chirurgien pour obtenir des conseils supplémentaires. Il m'a immédiatement répondu, ce qui était très gentil et important pour moi. Et je suis sûr et certain que j’obtiendrais les résultats que je rêve depuis longtemps.
Je souhaite d’abord mercier toutes l’équipe d’Estrella Médical Group, surtout de mon consultant Français Ozcan qui s’est très bien occupé de moi pendant mon séjour dans cette magnifique ville d’Izmir. Dans l’ensemble, je suis très heureux et reconnaissant envers Estrella et mon chirurgien pour leur excellent travail, leurs soins et leur expertise. Un grand merci également pour mon consultant Ozcan…

This is not a opinion about surgeon, is to early for that, my recovery going well, but still need to wait for final results, is not about hospital and hospital staff. this is opinion about Estrella. Please don’t suggest yourself their commercials, transfer from airport is a normal transfer, good looking van, but couldn’t find any vip extras.. the most important after landing was cash. I wasn’t informed that I need to bring cash , and I have been charged with commission costs. from the day of surgery I have asked for work off letter , not received, I did not receive “fit for flight” documents and I has had and extra stress on airport, thanks god I have been there with my husband, nobody even ask I’m well or not after accommodating me in hotel. Don’t listen that nurse is coming to check or change your dressing, it’s not happening. My package contained 7 nights, finally I been there 6 honestly I have not trying to ask for refund as I know not chance for this. I would not recommend to anyone service from estrella as I found it as unprofessional. I’m sure is many more medical consultants with strong customer service skills focused on their work.

I decided to go with this clinic in June 2023 for a mommy makeover. My sister had the same treatment in September
2023, and whilst there was no real issue with the surgery itself, there was no Co-ordination within the clinic. There was little pre and post surgery care and language was a massive issue. She was charged for lipo but it was not performed due to medical reasons. No refund was offered. Having spoken at length with the co-ordinator Aykut, I decided I had no faith in this clinic. I asked for my £200 deposit to be refunded. It has been 7 weeks & I have been told to contact various people who apparently were holding my money until the surgery - no one responds.
Aykut told me I would have my refund in 7 days, that was 2 weeks ago.
I have repeatedly messaged him and he has ignored me.
This clinic are only interested in getting your money from you. I would strongly advise you not to hand over any money until you are satisfied with the level of service they provide. It has been a complete nightmare - they have effectively stolen my money from me as I have not had the service promised.
DO NOT USE this clinic, instead go to a reputable, well organised clinic in Istanbul itself. I’m happy to recommend a clinic that is all about the medical care & not just interested in taking your money! I have wasted hours of my time with this clinic - I would advise you to avoid at all costs
Poor service, poor communication and just being fobbed off all the time

I had breast reduction and lift in June. My breast looked necrotic before I left and they never gave me any dressing as was leaking too. I was home first day when wounds opened and infection poured out of me. I had to go to nhs and had x2 emergency surgeries and IV antibiotics 3 times as the wound was necrotic/dead and septic and had to have nipples removed and I’ve now been left with breasts that look like they have been attacked with machete. So upset they refused to refund me and said I could go back for them to repair which would be death sentence

I had a mummy makeover (with inplants) in august this year..so i had discussed everything over whatsapp with a lovely gentleman called ilkem, he answered all my questions, sent before and afters of previous procedures done, he told me what was included etc, very fast to respond to me…so on the day of my flight, i arrived in Izmir and was collected from the airport and taken to my hotel (my partner came with me also) the hotel was called Atlas, it was a very nice hotel (breakfast included) clean and the staff was so friendly.. we checked in and shown to the room, ilkem met us and took us to the clinic (3 min walk) we went through all the paperwork and questions were answered, here we also met a lovely lady Sude. They talked about the procedure again and the time scale. We went back to the hotel. The following morning we meet OG, well OG was amazing also (the whole tream we met were fantastic not a single complaint) OG met us at the hotel and took us to the hospital to have bloods and prepare for the surgery, he translated between us and the hospital staff and this was where we met my surgeon dr salih, he was so friendly and listened to what I wanted in terms of size etc he talked me through everything regarding the procedure… i was marked up ready for the surgery (there was a delay due to a rtc taking up the operating theatre) so we went down for fresh air and i was allowed a small drink (because of the delay) OG joined us say with us in the cafeteria.. as the delay was 5 hours OG went off and just kept us updated.. ok so move on to the post op…so i woke up in recovery all went well, i was shivering a side effect from anaesthetic, the warmed me up with a heater, oh it was so warm I didn’t want it turned off.. anyway they swapped the compression garments over and let me rest, it was around 10pm then, i was monitored over night and then dr salih came to see me the next day (i had drains overnight) he checked everything and removed the drains he was happy with everything… again OG visited us also… i was allowed to go back to the hotel (hospital food isnt good) but they feed u and ur +1 u take with u. OG arranged transport back to the hotel and checked us back in (same hotel) and we just rested for the rest of the day (sude got my medication, pain killers, antibiotics and vitamins). Next day went to the clinic to get checked so it was post op day 3 they changed to dressing and sprayed a silicone spray to waterproof the dressing and woop woop i was given permission to shower… OG took us out for coffee and we went back to the hotel, the following day we met up at the clinic met with ilkem i wanted an extra garment also i got some free botox (just because) then walked back to the hotel (3mins) then we were left to relax and enjoy izmir (we went sight seeing) i was up and about with hardly any pain by day 5.. went down to the beach (10 mins from hotel)… we stayed on a bit longer so i didnt need to have my stitches removed (belly button) and dressings removed until day 10 post op. Ilkem picked us up and took us to dr salihs clinic where i was checked over and after pictures were taken, he told me about exercise and swimming etc and how long to wear the garments for, ilkem took us to a nice coffee shop after and arranged airport transfer for the following morning. Everything went so smoothly they are a fantastic team, I would definitely go back to them if i have anything else done… 100% recommend this team i am now 5 and half weeks post op and im starting to do light exercise all scabs r gone and healing well i have received 3 messages from the team since returning…

I am super happy and in love with my results … Surgeon did such an amazing job I am glad I chose him for my procedure. All his staff from the office to surgery center were awesome… I knew I was in good hands since my first consultation with Ilkem. Thank you again for everything! I highly recommend

I chose Estrella because i liked the work that had been done on previous patients that i zaw on their Instagram page and it was a good price for the package i wanted which was important. The fact that the co ordinator Ilkem was so lovely, friendly and helpful was also a big decider on why i chose to have my procedure done with Estrella, right from the very start Ilkem was very attentive and informative, he would answer any questions i had big or small and that was so important. I chose to have a tummy tuck and 360 lipo on lower back(love handles) and thighs. 6 months on a d im so happy with the results, my saggy awful over hand is gone forever and i have a flat tummy! The surgeon who did my tummy tuck is amzlaing, he really has given me a stomach i have always wanted, he is very skilled and gives you the results you want.
Things ran smoothly for the whole time i was out in Izmir, from being collected by private taxi from the airport, being driven to the hotel which was a great hotel, it was clean and nicely furnished with great food and friendly staff. I went with my partner to Izmir and im pleased as i did as it was important and good for me to have a.familiar person with me who could help me to get up from bed to go to the loo etc and to hold onto whilst i walked after the op. My partner slept on a sofa in the hospital room the few nights i was in hospital also in the same room, Meals were.provided for myself and partner dring our stay. After the operation i was in discomfort and felt rough qhich is to be expected as i had just had major surgery but the nursses do provide painkillers when u ask, from what i gathered they alternate between a stronger pain killer and a paracetamol painkiller which is through a IV drip. I took 30mg codeine with me to also have which helped me sleep which were brilliant. When it came to getting up to walk about i was dreading it as thought i wasnt going to manage it but its really encouraged you get up to walk as it speeds up the healing process which is actually did and made my drains fill less which is a good indicator that things are ok. I private taxi was arranged by Ilkem to take us back to the hotel where we stayed a few more nights and recovered. Ilke. Would text and check up on me which was lovely and again reassuring because if i had any questions he was always on the end of the ohone to answer and to be of help. Before going home i had my final re dressing of my wound and given the all clear and fit to fly from the doctors, by the time hone time cane round i wasnt in pain at all it was just a bit uncomfortable but take it easy, lean forward, walk slowly, dont be in a rush, you need to look after urself to keep your wound in good order and to make sure it heals well. If i was considering anymore surgery i would deffo use estrella again as im so happy with the results of my procedure.

I went to Izmir on the the 1st of august and got my tummy tuck on the third.
One thing I must say İlkem has been amazing throughout my experience he went above and beyond to help me with everything that I needed. Also sude was really lovely and helped me with translation and aftercare. The reason why I gave 4 star instead of 5 is because I didn’t get the full lipo I wanted due to my low blood levels from my blood test. Other than that I’m happy with the actual tummy tuck.

I travelled to Izmir for a mummy makeover , I went alone which was really daunting and I was really nervous , I didn’t need to be however as I was looked after the minute I landed in Izmir , collected in style from the airport and taken to a beautiful hotel where I was treated with the upmost respect , everything was organised by the wonderful Aykut who made no request or question seem stupid and was constantly offering me reassurance .
As I was travelling alone I was given a chaperone the amazing Oğuzhan he literally supported me throughout my full time in Turkey , from taking me to the hospital to being there when I woke from the surgery , given how nervous and emotional I was about the surgery and being on my own Oğuzhan constantly checked in on me and made sure I was happy and again there was no question or request that he didn’t support and sort for me . He made me feel super comfortable and made it such a good experience for me .
I was then given aftercare at the hotel and supported following the surgery by Sude and the wonderful nurses who came to my hotel to clean and re dress my wounds .Sude was as so lovely and there to answer any questions and made my last few days feel like i was being spoilt with some free treatments she has kept in touch following my return to the UK and answered any questions I’ve had already .
My surgeon Mehmet Kaya was really approachable and again made me feel comfortable, checked in on me following the surgery and before I left Turkey also , he has done a fantastic job I’m so happy with the surgery and looking forward to once I’m fully healed and seeing the final results .the hospital was really clean and the rooms were really private .

Honestly if you’re worried about going abroad to do surgery don’t be I will certainly be back . I would highly recommend Estrella and the team as I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Salih was amazing he went above and beyond. Nurse Nusen was very lovely. The hospital was nice and clean with friendly staff. It's week 3, and i am back in the UK recovery nicely. I am looking forward to seeing my end results (hence the four stars). Thank you to everyone for supporting me. You're all doing a fantastic job... keep up the hard work :)

Hi I'm Geraldine, I had my mummy makeover on the 5th July 2023, I arrived at izmir on the 4th July, I was taken to my hotel and then later met by Anil, he was so friendly and chatty, I cried too many times because i was scared and nervous, changed my mind twice but I was put at ease, Anil made me laugh and feel comfortable. I then met oğuzhan (OG) who would accompany me at the hospital, he really is a lovely gentleman, cheeky and funny. Day of surgery I met my surgen DR mehmet kaya, again I was put at ease, I was in hospital for 2 days and well looked after, fluids and pain relief was given on the regular, there was no problems at all, breasts were great but my tummy tuck had a little hick up, no ones fault but I had a little 3 inch size that wasn't gaining oxygen to the wound, due to that I wasn't allowed to wear my garment because of the tightness. When back at the hotel I was looked after by Sude, absolutely amazing person and looked after me really well! Now home back in the UK, I was still worried about my belly so I went to A&E, they told me its just bruising and I had a wonderful surgeon, they said the incisions were fantastic! I did get a blood test done which come back that I had low red blood cells so that was the reason for the slow healing of my belly. I now have my garment on, healing great and every other day I still receive messages asking if I'm OK and for photos to make sure I'm OK! I had the lolly pop procedure and you can't notice any scarring on my boobs or my belly (apart from that one little area) Dr mehmet kaya is a magician! My body looks amazing and yes I would definitely do it again!

I recently travelled to izmir to have a mummy makeover with Estrella Clinic , with my friend Nandi who also had a mummy makeover, the team went above and beyond to make our time and treatment pleasant, big thank you to Anil, Sude our aftercare nurse OG, Dr.Murat Mersin our surgeon . We are both very happy with the result of the operation and I would highly recommend anyone planning to have a mummy makeover to choose Estrella clinic

Had all on 4 top and bottom dental implants and can honestly say they are the best temporary dentures I have ever seen can’t wait to go back in 3 months to get the rest of the work done the dentist was absolutely lovely she made sure I was ok every minute as she knew I was scared of needles also had a boob job while I was there told the surgeon that I wasn’t sure what size I wanted but not to look stupid and he’s gave me everything I asked for I love them aftercare in hospital was great never had to ask for pain relief once the nurses and surgeon was perfect Oguzhan was my translator in the hospital he made sure to respect my boundaries and make me feel comfortable. Sude went with me back and forth to my many dentist appointments making sure I was fine at each one and would pick me up from there and take me anywhere I wanted to go went fro iikem my coordinator he was the best of them all made sure I was happy with everything and was comfortable at the clinic when I got my boobs done I paid for a uplift that I didn’t need so the surgeon wouldn’t preform it thank god so the money owing to me from that iikem arranged for me to have Botox fillers and my eyebrows blushed and refunded me the remaining balance can’t wait to go back already planning on what I want next ♥️

Had my mummy makeover last Friday and I can not thank all the team enough they was brilliant the nurses were amazing had 1 of the lady's stay with me all night after coming back from my operation just to make sure I was ok even tho I had my husband with me they all went over and beyond for me they really did can't thank them enough the team made sure I was looked after all way through my stay and still when am home they keep in touch Thankyou so much Estrella anyone want anything doing ask for Aykut he really did his best for me

They were also willing to take my drain out in clinic but I asked for medical evidence of the people but no hospital!
If I hadn’t if questioned them they would have done it there with zero medical expertise!
Mocked and ridiculed me over oain I was in!
Woke up from op no pain relief and none for an hour after the pain was unbearable I thought I was going to die !
Made me lift myself from bed to bed after major surgery!

Ilkem is nothing but a liar and very decieving to get you over there and take your money!!!
The guy they put at the hospital literally kept coming in my room when I wasn’t decent even after being told multiple times not too, even when I was trying to go the toilet there he was in the bathroom, told him multiple times not to touch me and didn’t listen to that either!
The hospital beds had make up stains and blood on still we had to ask for cleaning stuff but a nurse did come wash them well the one with blood on!

I was made to feel very comfortable, reassured & so quick & easy procedure. All staff organised everything on my behalf & the surgeon was brilliant. Also Sude my aftercare lady has been a great support & checks on me regularly… Today is day 19 & I’ve lost 1 & 3/4 stones 😁👍…. Happy days 😊 Fully recommend Estrella Medical Group
