I'm in LOVE with these pillow covers
I'm in LOVE with these pillow covers. They really live up to what they claim. My sleep is better, my skin reacts well to the material, they are unbelievably soft! i would highly recommend :)

Not Worth the Money
My order arrived with stains on it so I contacted customer support and got one email response and then nothing after. The bedding itself is ok, but not worth the price. They have annoyingly large labels on the items and I don't believe the claims that its better temperature regulating.
Edit: I have changed my review to 4 stars as my issue has now been resolved

Best decision I’ve made
It’s the first time I’ve tried a silk pillowcase and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, super soft, keeping me cool at night, only after using a few times I’ve noticed my hair doesn’t tangle as much and my skin has less breakouts, Amazing super happy and good for the planet ya x

Fixed My Neckpain, worth every penny.
After another night of waking up with neck pain, I rage bought a full set of pillows and cases/covers.
Oh lord, are they good. The quality alone would get 5*s. I got in touch after my order shipped to change something, and customer support sorted it out fantastically.
Great pillows, great service, I'll be buying here again.

I don't like the fact that I have no use for the beautiful but maybe unnecessary silk packaging each item comes in but I may find a use eventually

The bags can be used for storage, dust bags, shoe bags, toiletries or mini travel bags to stay organised. They're made entirely from offcuts which would otherwise be disposed of and they are 100% biodegradable, so there's no waste at all.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. No one took the time to try and help me on the chat line and there is no phone number. I think if I had been able to speak to someone in the first 24 hours I wouldn’t be so frustrated. It’s been a week now and I still do not feel that the team has made the effort to actually understand my complaint.
