Very good experience.
Received in good time, packaged with recyclable material & a personalised note which was a lovely touch. As for the products I purchased they are a gift so as yet unable review them but They look professionally presented & packaged. All in all; a very good experience dealing with Ethical Apothecary.

Fabulous range of quality ethical products. Products I especially love are the evole eye serum, ishga body oil & body spray, scence naturel deodorants (I did absolutely love the smell of the schmidts lime & bergamot deoderant but texture was too grainy), prismology body lotion (the yellow one smells divine!), jojo candles ... well everything is gorgeous! Parcels arrive beautifully wrapped with handwritten notes - wonderful service from this local small business. Thank you Mel & Sam.

Everything arrived very quick. Items were packed beautifully. Thank you for the "love note" 😁 and the samples. If your products work for me ( haven't tried yet) say hello to a dedicated customer. Keep up the good work.
Edit: Seems like I chose the right products for me. Can't say about other products, but Ishga is pure magic. Will be coming back soon.

Beautiful products, wonderful service, amazing for gifts, or that special friend that needs to know you care.
The Jo Jo co candles are a must, they are 100% soybean and lead free cotton wicks so they don't burn off any nasties that other brands do the market, and the scent of the Rhubarb & Vanilla is divine.

Excellent customer care and service . Extremely Helpful when asked for advice about suitable products. Sam responded to my email enquiry immediately and very informatively.
