My wife bought the Brassy Gold Organik Mirror from Ethnik Living for our powder room. Amazing quality and looks beautiful in its surroundings. Easy installation!

I recently received a mirror delivery, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From the moment I placed my order, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The mirror arrived on time, and it was exceptionally well-packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.

I placed my order on 9/27.
I received an email on 9/29 that the shipment was on the way.
On 10/5 I received a "shipping update" email. I clicked on the freight tracking link, and it takes me to Freight Club to track the shipment. It says the mirror was picked up on 10/4, and the estimated delivery date is 10/12. Today is 10/19.
If I click through to direct carrier updates, it takes me to a page that says the product is "in transit" but the estimated delivery date is/was 10/11/23.

Two emails sent directly to the company at info(at)ethnikliving.com and one to orders(at)ethnikliving.com, as well as a message sent through their online form AND instagram messages have all been ignored to date.

I'm 48 hours away from flagging this transaction with my credit card company if I don't get some kind of answers.

I will happily revise this review if anyone ever answers me and/or my mirror shows up.

I don’t know what to think about this company. I ordered the Clove mirror back in July and it shipped quickly without issue and the product is quality and beautiful. Then during their Labor Day sale I ordered an AOrganik mirror and the Barry sconces. The scones shipped from Turkey and took a month to arrive. The box was badly damaged upon arrival and one of the scones was broken. Customer service has not been easy to communicate with (you can’t talk to anyone over the phone, only email) and frankly the communications don’t make sense, making it all feel like a scam. I’m still waiting on my second mirror as well. Just confused because my first purchase was great.

Love the Jolene mirror I purchased from Ethnik Living. Quality is great, fast shipping.

Total scam, waited over a month for the mirror to ship. When I reached out I got a form reply that blamed production delays and guaranteed that I would have the mirror in 5-7 business days. The mirror still did not arrive after waiting so I had to report fraud. Beware, do not shop here

I have been writing back and forth with customer service but the whole situation feels like a scam. I ordered a mirror from their website during a sale and what I received was a complete knock off and didn’t even look like the photos on their website. They then told me it was a production error and that I could keep the mirror and they would send me a new one and gave me a refund. I received the second mirror and again it’s a knock off! It’s a cheap recreation spray painted gold versus being an actual gold metal etc. I don’t trust them.
