Resposta da ETHOS ATHLEISURE
Hi Lisa,
We are absolutely devastated on this bad experience. We have contacted our shipping company and they have confirmed with us that the parcel has definitely been delivered. Due to the current unstable time that we are in due to the virus situation our delivery services have been severely impacted. We will make sure that we will follow this up with anyone else that has been impacted. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused, if you could please privately contact us we would love to resolve the situation further :)
