I’ve placed three orders through this company, but unfortunately, only one order was fulfilled. The hat I received was great, exactly as described & seems to be made quite well. After the first successful purchase, I ordered another hat. A week after ordering, I checked the tracking status and learned that my order had been cancelled and refunded, but I had not received any communication regarding this cancellation until I reached out to the company directly. The company advised that it was a system error on their end, so I re-ordered the same hat. After 2 weeks, I checked the tracking for the new order, and it was still processing, despite being in the expected delivery timeframe. I reached out to the company regarding the status of my order, and they advised that the order had been cancelled once again, and they were unable to issue a refund at that time due to their payment gateway being locked.
Long story short: their products are great, if you ever receive them.

I received a great service, the t-shirt I ordered was dispatched very quickly and arrived to me here in the UK within two weeks. I did contact customer services via email early evening on a Friday as my tracking stopped working, and received an email back on the Monday, just after my package arrived, so great customer service too.

The quality of the handbag is excellent! The leather is soft and I absolutely love it.

I purchased 2 handbags and both are great quality and uniquely made, which I love. The shipping was very quick.

I purchased the large handbag and signature jacket. Both made with high quality materials and craftsmanship . The products are beautifully designed, stylish, sophisticated and timeless. The service was high touch. My order was immediately acknowledged and delivered in just a few days with automated daily tracking. The bag was delivered with a signature cloth care bag. Etta Grove also provided a complementary signature tote bag!

The shoes that I got are the blueberry knee highs and they are very well made, beautiful, and comfortable. They also come with a shoe bag to keep them in great condition. I would definitely purchase other shoes from them.

Alex Howard's brand fills the gap of providing fashionable and comfortable shoes in hard-to-find sizes for women (sizes 11 and up). Their donation adds a touch of class and style to the women we serve and help them look and feel confident as they enter or return to the workforce.

From the customer service to the quality of the shoe that I purchased, everything was top notch. I am 6’5” with narrow feet so finding cute comfortable shoes are so important. Etta Grove did not disappoint!

My first purchase and experience with Etta Grove shoes has been fantastic. The Kaela Lug Sole Loafer in caviar captured my heart immediately. I knew I had to have that shoe. I researched the brand and was totally impressed with what I read. I had the pleasure of meeting Alexis when she allowed me to meet up and exchange my shoes (I needed a smaller size). It was a pleasure meeting her near "The Yard". The shoe is an exquisite design. The leather feels buttery soft and within minutes the shoes were taking on the shape of my foot. I so look forward to styling and profiling in my first pair of Etta Grove footwear.
