Ordered a custom wood bench for our entry way. Great communication and updates on the production of the bench. Excellent product and craftsmanship. Fast 3-4 week turn around time frame. Would definitely order again.

The product looks very good and the quality seems exactly as described. It appears convenient and useful. Even though I haven’t purchased it yet, the customer service is very good and very responsive. I’m quite impressed and will definitely consider buying it in the future<3

The table looks great, good color and a nice hard finish. Took 4 days to get rid of the shipping pesticide smell!

My table was lost initially, which delayed my order. Once it arrived, it was hard to line up pieces - still not lines up perfectly.

The wood is beautifully finished. I did not understand it would come in pieces and have to be put together. I’m looking forward to seeing it in one piece. It will be stunning.

We have to make some changes. The whole for the base is not straight. The overall appearance is good

It took too long to deliver the product which is damaged and not safe to use.

Only two very heavy containers arrived on Thursday late evening which is 3/4/2026. They were left outside garage door. They were soaked in rainwater by morning. It took me hell of a time and effort and energy to slide them inside my garage. I got the email from you that the product is delivered.

When the handyman came to assemble yesterday on 3/9/2026 morning, it was revealed that the base of the swing is missing as well as the wooden pillar or column is damaged and cracked so handyman left.

Because of damaged pillar or column it is NOT safe to use the swing

Then later in evening yesterday on 3/9/2026, another container delivered without any email from you. I assume that it is the swing base. The container is so heavy left outside main door on the porch. It is yet to be opened and inspected for any damage, if any.

The handyman will have to come again to do so, which is extra time and charge and cost to me.

And after all the months if waiting and lot of money I have a damaged product not safe to use.

I haven't ordered yet, but inquired about the weight of the chairs and bench that I had in my cart. Have gotten two replies- first asking for the sku#'s and after I gave them those, replied again needing the measurements. Both replies had a smiley face, a weird sense of humor i guess. Sort of irritating and leaves me wondering if I want to order through this company.

I want to rate this company better. I received my table, but instead of having the elegant matte black finish, it was shiny and not flowy as pictured. The joints did not fit tight as they could be. I had to touch up the joining. Too bad, the product looked stunning when photographed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a small record player stand. We paid over $1800 dollars for it. One of the legs on the base of the stand arrived completely broken making the the product essentially unusable. We initially contacted ET Woodcrafts about the broken piece. They suggested that we pay someone out of our own pocket to have the table fixed and that they would reimburse us. They actually suggested that we pay more money when they sent us a defective and broken product and also indicated that the product was safely packaged. If that were the case, and the product was packaged perfectly, that means they are using poor quality wood for it to arrive broken. We contacted ET Woodcrafts a second time asking for a refund or to fix the broken piece and never received another response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in ordering furniture and it appears they use poor quality wood. It also should be a red-flag that they do not allow you to leave reviews on their own website.

Some issues I need to report with the woodwork. Not happy

The bench was what we were looking for at a good price. The company was great at communicating, emailed pictures and a video during the manufacturing process, and once finished the bench was delivered very quickly.

So disappointed in this company. We ordered 2 mirrors, floating vanity and 2 sink basins..

After receiving them WAY later then they said it would take, the mirrors ($750 a piece) were big, clunky and very cheap looking. They looked like they spent no time at all and created a quick shape with out even sanding edges or any consideration at all. Was SO disappointed in them. The sink basins were never drilled out for a drain, and after doing it ourselves, realized why. They didn't take into consideration leveling out the bottom of the basin so now water sits off to the side with out draining.

Our floating vanity, both mirrors, and both sink basins, looked like they were rushed, and not at all made with care, and looked nothing like the beautiful pictures they advertise with. Not to mention showing up over a month later then they said it would take, holding our entire remodel to be stalled waiting for these items to finally showed up.

After telling them we could live with the vanity and sinks, but the mirrors were horrible and we can't even use them, they denied us returning them.

There are SO many better companies here in the states. Use them! We definitely wish we did!

This was the worst order I have ever placed. A wood box with alot nails and screws holding the box together was dropped in my driveway. Once box was opened- the table inside was totally runined with nail marks, scratches and the bottom of the table had fallen off. I have never seen packaging like this in my life not really packaging at all I thought to myself this must be a joke! I should have known from the pictures (sent for approval)of where it was being made something was way off. Even beyond the shipping damage the product was of poor carpentry quality to begin with!

I have to say the product is very nice, but the measurements I requested was not met!!!! Considering the wait time to receive it, I excepted the one they made to keep things on track for the construction completion date…..
Delivery was great and packaging fantastic!!!!👌🏼
And communication was excellent….⭐️

Beautifully made! Came on time. Looks like a piece of art. We did find it alittle hard to put together only because it’s heavy and you need muscle to get the pieces together!!!!
