I bought a 365 days europe data and was delivered for the price a 7 days 1 Gb data unit.
No response after having asked for it several times...

Complicated communication, long time to fulfill order.

I didn’t receive the data card until now, Can you please check what happens about that .thank you for your answer

Facilité d’utilisation. Aucun problème de réception au Japon. Utilisation une journée entière et seulement 0,1G d’utilise.

they didn't help me solve the shipping problem

I have a GlocalMe WiFi device and bought the GlocalMe 8GB 30 day package for Europe ($60 cost) to use while traveling in London and Canterbury for 15 days. The service was either very poor or completely non existent during my trip. I was able to use only about 3GB for the entire trip. If it was not for FREE WiFi in many locations I would not have been able to use my iPhone to navigate! I contacted Glocal tech support whose advice was to sit near a window and restart the device! I tried everything but even while outside, there was NO service in Canterbury. VERY disappointed in this and will not use again. Verizon or ATT international data plans may be more expensive but they work and are reliable unlike GlocaMe. I do not recommend buying this service if traveling in the UK.

I like how the device that fulls of high tech features, and the signal works great

The device was not delivered to my home. I had to pick it up, but worse it does not work. It does not charge and does not turn on. Very disappointed.

Ich bin viel unterwegs und oft im Ausland. Der GlocalMe MIFI Router ist immer dabei und absolut praktisch. Es entfällt die lästige Suche nach einer günstigen lokalen SIM Karte, die Preise für die angebotenen Datenpakete sind fair. Die Abdeckung über die virtuelle SIM ist sehr groß, in den üblichen Reiseregionen war stets ein Internetzugang verfügbar - fast immer auch mit sehr guter Performance. Und für den seltenen Fall, dass kein Paket angeboten wird gibt, es durch die Slots für herkömmliche SIM Karten stets die Möglichkeit, den Router damit zu nutzen. Man ist also absolut variabel.Weiterer Vorteil eines MIFI Routers: Der WLAN Zugang steht als Hotspot für bis zu 5 eigene Geräte oder die der Reisebegleiter ( Familienurlaub...) zur Verfügung und die SIM der Handy‘s muß nicht getauscht werden. Damit bleibt die eigene Telefonnummer aktiv, was bsw. für WhatsApp sinnvoll ist. Und Tablets, Laptops können auch gleich mit Internetzugang versorgt werden.Das WLAN ist ebenfalls sehr performant - ich hatte stets eine stabile Verbindung, dabei kann das Gerät im Rucksack verstaut werden.Bisher habe ich das U2 Modell genutzt, aufgrund des Promo Angebotes bin ich auf den G4Pro umgestiegen. Einrichtung intuitiv und ohne Probleme.... Dieser bietet ein Display wie der G3, das sich aber aufgrund der höheren Kapazität nicht negativ auf die Akkulaufzeit auswirken soll. ( das muss der Langzeittest noch beweisen ... ) Damit entfällt die Konfiguration bzw. SIM Auswahl, Passwortverwaltung etc. über den Browser eines anderen Gerätes - finde ich praktisch.Darüber hinaus hat der G4pro neue Mobilfunk Standards im Bauch. Und kürzere Ladezeiten aufgrund des USB-C Anschlusses.Gut auch: Im Notfall dient das Gerät als Powerbank für andere Geräte, somit muß diese nicht extra „mitgeschleppt“ werden.Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Kompetente Antworten auf Fragen habe ich spätestens am nächsten Tag erhalten, was aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung ( Hersteller sitzt in Hongkong... ) absolut OK ist. Und auch sehr positiv: Der Support erfolgt auch in Deutsch.Durch die Ausstattung des G4 bietet der Hersteller nun sogar Apps direkt auf dem Gerät an. Die Auswahl ist noch begrenzt und generell nicht unbedingt notwendig, da ja dem Handy verfügbar. Dennoch praktisch.Wünschenswert wäre hier, wenn man direkt auf dem Gerät auch die GlocalMe App verfügbar hätte, um bsw. Datenpakete zu kaufen. Dazu muß nach wie vor das Handy genutzt werden.Fazit: Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Der Invest lohnt sich für Leute, die viel außerhalb Deutschland unterwegs sind. Einmal daran gewöhnt, möchte man nicht mehr auf das Gerät verzichten.Update: Auch Akku Klasse. Hält locker einen ganzen Tag und ich hatte 4 Geräte verbunden...

Nous sommes maintenant en Sardaigne depuis 3 semaines et avons pu utiliser le routeur LTE sur tous les campings sans Wifi. C'est un peu plus cher à l'achat, mais cela en valait la peine pour nous. Cela ne pourrait pas être plus facile.

I purchased a 1 month data plan for US that was not activated and as of now I did not get re-imbursed. I will never use your service. It sucks!
