The team have been emailing you but I am not sure you are receiving our replies? Please check your spam. If not, please DM us on facebook and the team will discuss on there.
The package was delivered on 10th July with the GPS at your exact location.
EDIT: An investigation is ongoing with DPD regarding your parcel as the information you provided differs to what we was provided. We couldn't refund you due to the chargeback that you placed on your order. I believe this has now been resolved.

My Popham blackouts were delivered on time and the unboxing and the contents were great. I was impressed with the overall packaging and the fact that a shoe horn was placed in the box also deserves top marks. Plus some extra laces. Will definitely 👍 checkout other Mallet items.

With all EU orders, it does depend on the country and location on how long the courier can take to deliver. I can see you have been liaising with the Customer Service department who explained that whilst we appreciate the delivery was a little longer than expected, we have no control over how long the courier can take. The warehouse reached out to the shipping team to find out when this will be delivered which was followed up in an email to you the same day.
I have looked at the tracking and can see this has now been delivered so I hope you are pleased with your new purchase!
