I have been trying to get a response regarding a pair of faulty jeans since late last year, their customer service team will ignore you no matter how many emails you shoot through. Do not buy from this company as they scammed me.

I’m really disappointed with the return process. It's not okay that the customer is expected to fully cover return shipping costs and create the label themselves — especially when this isn't clearly stated on the website before purchasing.
After looking into it, I also found multiple reviews from others saying they didn’t even receive a full refund for their returns, which is really concerning.
I was excited to order, but the lack of transparency and poor return policy makes me seriously reconsider shopping here again.

Can always rely on Motel to be a disappointment for girlies size 10 and up. Ordered 8 things, hated them all. The yellow and brown stripe skirt is giving amazon dupe, the pattern is printed on and the inside is white and the material is the same as the crappy amazon material. The dresses came as a size L, my ass, more like a size S. Just overall, badly made, overpriced and overhyped. Steer clear if you don't want to feel bad about yourself or the state of the fashion industry. Unsurprising that it's run by men.

Jeg var meget skeptisk med at bestille fra Motel Rocks efter at have læst anmeldelserne herinde på trustpilot, men jeg valgte at give det et skud alligevel.

Min ordre tog knap 2 uger om at nå frem, men jeg kunne tracke pakken hele vejen, så det var super fint.

Derudover modtog jeg en størrelsessvarende skjorte, som jeg var godt tilfreds med. De havde nemlig en god størrelsesguide og tilhørende mål inde på deres hjemmesiden, hvilket resulterede i, at jeg fik den rigtige størrelse hjem fra en hjemmeside, jeg aldrig havde købt fra før.

Derfor får de 5/5 stjerner fra mig.

Actually fuming right now. Waited almost a month for my package to arrive, was so excited because of all the good reviews. I come home to three packages which was weird considering I only put in one order. Whatever, I open the packages and clothes feel like they’re from Shein. Material is so horrible maybe even worse than Shein. I decided to ignore all the bad reviews about Shein when I ordered and spent £583.95. A shirt came with a big yellow stain and the material was just so so horrible. I honestly can’t believe I spent so much money on this crap. I ordered 13 items and i only considered 2 okay and mediocre. Everything looks so so different from what influencers and website shows. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP. so horrible be ashamed.

Motel Rocks sells two jean inseam lengths; L32in (81cm) and L34in (86cm) - these measurements are off their website. I purchased the longer length as I'm 172cm tall, but the jeans I received definitely are not 34 inches, even though they're tagged L34! So I measured the inseam precisely as shown on their website, and it was only 79cm, which is even shorter than their 32in regular length option! I never would have wasted my money + international shipping fees if I knew the real length of Motel Rocks jeans. How dare they mislead customers so blatantly by putting measurements on their website which are not even close to the actual product length.

Returned all of my items and have only received a part refund AGAIN!!! The first time I used motel rocks this exact thing happened to me but it’s been a couple years since and I thought I’d give them another chance but had the exact same outcome. Their customer service has not responded to me and completely frustrated that this has happened again.

My experience has been brilliant and it is all down to Megan in customer service!

Amazon shipping had delivered to the wrong address and Megan was both caring, speedy and professional in her actions.

She chased it up and within 12 hours I had a reply and she has now requested a replacement parcel to be delivered and has checked in via email constantly with me to ensure all was done to the best of her ability!

Big thanks to Megan as she has made what could have been a very long and nightmare process to a simple speedy one.

Et voilà, moi aussi je me suis fait avoir pas ce site! Le jeans reçu étant mal taillé, je l’ai renvoyé…
Mais voilà, l’adresse indiquée sur le site de Motelrocks ne semble pas être la bonne (dixit le transporteur)! Du coup retour à l’envoyeur… 1 mois que ça dure, rien reçu, 85 euros de jean et 15 euros de frais de retour pour moi! Fuyez!

My daughter’s skirt, a Christmas present, was way too short. I returned it and show it was received on January 3, yet there has been no update to my refund status. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no response.

Impassible to get in contact with them, bout a lot of stuff and want to return 1 item. The don’t answer emails and the return function didn’t work.

I bought a top from the store a few weeks ago, after wearing it once the seam on the bottom started to unravel already.
I expected better quality from a shirt that's €33.

Everything went fine with the shipping and stuff. But when I received the pants they were WAY too big, which is fine, except for the fact than when I had to return them it cost 20 euro to return it, because it Didnt have like a return lable inside the package.

Ordered jeans for next day delivery: they took the money and 10 days later still
Not arrived and NO AGENTSs available to speak to!
Its theft and it is amazing that they are allowed to stay in business

I'm 100% sure this company is a shein-like fast fashion scam, clothing is clearly sized up, then taped and clamped onto the models so it looks normal. Material is appalling, patterning is worse, definitely not made for anything other than a mannequin. Shocks me that you have the audacity to charge $70aud for a top that clearly wasn't designed or patterned by someone who knows how clothes work??? I even measured myself and bought a top that should have had room to move.

Obviously I'm returning my item, but it gets better. I'm expected to cough up $30aud in advance for a return for a $70 top when I paid $12 in shipping to get it to me.

Don't be tempted by the photos, their website is terrible, the product is terrible, and their ethics and customer care is even worse.

I ordered two different sizes of a skirt. The payment came out of my bank account. I then received a refund for one of the skirts as it was out of stock at the time of check out. Bad practice. Is something is out of stock payment should not be taken. A couple of days later my order arrived but it was a dress I didn’t order. I emailed Motelrocks. They asked me to send photos which I did and by the time they had looked in to it the other size of skirt had gone out of stock. Now they refuse to refund me until I return the incorrect item. So I am left with a dress I didn’t ask for, neither of the items I did ask for and not had a refund. Very very bad practice and will never order from them again.

Won’t be ordering from them ever again. Sent a coat back on the 20th December and it’s now 11th of January and I still haven’t received my refund! Has put me off ever ordering from them again.
