Ik wil graag mijn positieve ervaring delen met de klantenservice van Soundcore. Ondanks dat mijn originele pakket bij de post fout liep en uiteindelijk zoek raakte, heeft het supportteam mij echt uitstekend geholpen.
Ze antwoordden minstens één keer per dag, wat ik enorm waardeerde. Elke e-mail was duidelijk en behulpzaam, en ze deden oprecht hun best om het probleem op te lossen. Toen bleek dat mijn pakket niet geleverd kon worden, hebben ze zonder enige moeite meteen een nieuw product opgestuurd naar het correcte adres.
Daarnaast ontving ik ook nog een compensatie van €20 voor het ongemak, wat ik echt een heel mooi gebaar vond.
Kortom: zeer vriendelijke en snelle ondersteuning, problemen worden serieus genomen en netjes opgelost. Echte topservice — 5 sterren!
Fraudulent company
I foolishly bought into their mystery box scam. It listed possible products and had images of what you could get, all black or white in colour. What arrived was a peach set of headphones worth less than what I paid. When I contacted them about it they told me I should gift it to a friend or relative and refused a refund! A joke of a company.

Useless customer service. I bought two sets of head phones weeks ago. One was sent after two weeks and they are full of excuses of ehy I didnt receive the second set. Told them I am going away and they kindly suggested that I can process the order in a month when I return. Dont buy from them!

Purchased the X20 Pro sports earbuds... zero regrets!! They are so comfortable and the sound quality is amazing. The soundcore app allows you to alter the sound to how you like it (extra bass etc). For the price I paid, i'm more than impressed with the quality & sound! Thank you & well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keine Reparatur oder Austausch trotz Gewährleistungsfall
Nach 19 Monaten war mein Soundcore Motion+ defekt und hat sich nicht mehr automatisch mit anderen Geräten verbunden. Der Lautsprecher musste jedes Mal zurückgesetzt werden, um ihn manuell wieder zu verbinden. Ich habe daher Soundcore angeschrieben und es wurde konsequent der Gewährleistungsfall auf Grund von Policy-Gründen abgelehnt und sogar ein Gutachten angefordert, damit man einen Nachweis über den vorhandenen Mangel erbringt. Eine Prüfung des durch Soundcore Lautsprechers wurde nicht einmal in Betracht gezogen. Somit habe ich nach exakt 19 Monaten, trotz gesetzlicher Mängelhaftung, Elektroschrott im Wert von über 100 Euro. Kundenorientierung und Kulanz können andere Unternehmen besser. Ich empfehle daher, nie direkt bei Soundcore zu bestellen, sondern einen Kauf über Amazon oder einen anderen vertrauenswürdigen Zwischenhändler, damit über diesen die Gewährleistung geltend gemacht werden kann. Ich persönlich werde nie wieder ein Produkt von Soundcore bestellen. Mit dieser Policy hat die Firma einen weiteren, bisher treuen Kunden verloren.

I bought liberty 4, and right earbud stopped workong when tried to claim guarantee they said since I bought it on Ebay they can not do anything and more fun fact: when proceeding warranty steps they have option to claim purchases from Ebay!!! so they are good if they work as soon as they stop working they dont care about you!!!

I have not received my parcel souncore life q30 while in the website its status is delivered it is embarrassing that they do not even answer me via email. the customer service it the worst they are not responisble at all. I had to call to UK brnach finally after 2 days they answered me and told me we will send you an email to communicate. By the way there is a fake live chat in the website which is a bot not an operator so if you buy anything and you have any inconvenience you are not able it through communication. stop buying from this cpmpany it was my worst experience.

8 days ago, 04.02.2024., I've bought Soundcore Space Q45 on their Europe subdomain web site (eu.soundcore.com). It was a nice Valentines discount with 45% off - 104,99€. They never shipped it.
3 days after purchase I sent them a mail what is the status with my order and why it is not shipped yet. Their answer was "There seems to be something wrong with your initial package. Please know we've arranged a new package, you can expect the package to arrive in 3-7 business days. ".
4 days after last mail I received new mail "I was just informed that our warehouse in Croatia is out of stock so we cannot ship it now. Sorry for any inconvenience that may caused. Please know we have issued the refund ...".
Yeah, refund did arrive but I never asked for it. I want headphones.
Also, as I can see, European Soundcore shops, their partner Amazon shops and also official Anker/Soundcore shop in Croatia are full of Q45 headphones.
They are not a serious company, that is for sure. What is the problem with Anker/Soundcore Europe, nobody knows but they will get 1 star here and will loose an old customer.

Zamówiłem słuchawki Soundcore Liberty 4 NC na ich stronie i przysłali mi porysowane z licznymi śladami użytkowania zapakowane jak nowe.. Takiego chamstwa i bezczelności się nie spodziewałem i na pewno nie poprzestanę na napisaniu opinii tutaj. Pakują używane produkty po zwrotach albo po prostu używane bo te słuchawki są w stanie takim że nie mam słów!! No i robią "promocję" szczyt bezczelności!

I spent so much time researching earbuds and finally settled on Soundcore Liberty Pro 3. Now I would love to tell you how great they sound. BUT their website is incredibly misleading. Not only do they state fast shipping but in 3-7 business days is average you should receive your order. I ordered directly from website because wanted to take advantage of warranty but now it is 5th business day and no one, literally no one replies or writes me back. No updates on order. No processing complete. Just nothing. That’s incredibly awful awful customer service. I could have used a re seller and have been enjoying these buds two days ago. Now they won’t let me cancel, they reply with an AI robot and no communication is happening whatsoever. So I spent a bunch of money to look like a fool. I have written them handful of times and sent screenshot how their website does not make clear or identify such a long processing window. (If that’s what is even happening) This is not fair to consumers who expect that when you say in black and white fast 3-7 business days shipping that you mean it, and send multiple emails and try to contact, you have your customer support team reach out and make it all clearer at the very least. Will never use soundcore to purchase anything ever again.

Hello from Lithuania :) I ordered Soundcore Motion Boom Plus on Thursday evening (23.09.14) and I was nicely surprised that it came on the next weeks Tuesday afternoon (23.09.19). It took nearly 3 business days for the speaker to come. No damages on the packaging nor the speaker it self (from what I noticed so far). Speaker it self is amazing. I like listening to hard EDM music like Drum&Bass and Hardcore and the speaker delivered amazing sound for my needs. It will be a good addition to my camping gear.

Får en mail om levering 23Aug som så bliver rykket til 24Aug, og så får jeg mail om at jeg kan afhente pakken, ved udleveringssted, da jeg vil hente pakken, kan de ikke udlevere alligevel og jeg må vente til 25Aug.
Jeg ville foretrække at Soundcore åbner op for andre transportfirmaer end UPS.
Great customer service experience regarding warranty claim
I purchased a Life q30 in 2022 January. Unfortunately recently (2023 Jun) the plastic cover of the battery ripped open while I was using the product.
I wrote a letter to customer service where I detailed the issue and provided pictures of the damage.
In less than 24 ours, I received a nice letter, where I was offered with a replacement product, and I don't need to bother sending back the broken one.
I am extremely satisfied with their service, as well as with the quality of the product. I greatly recommend Soundcore!

I bought the q30s, AND NOWHERE, NOWHERE, does SOUNDCORE WARNING THAT:
1. WHEN THEY ARE WIRED, THEY WORK VERY BADLY, LIKE 2 euro HEADPHONES.
2. THE SAMPLE RATE IS 8000, unusable with most audio software.
to all users, you can report this fact and ask for a refund in a court.
Fake discount
Fake discount. Motion+ always costed arround 60-80€ on various stores, aliexpress, including this one. I bought before 2022 november's sales (11.11 or blackfriday) for less than they were offering on "sales".
now they are asking 120€, or 100€ "with discount". 2022 early november price was 75€ :)
