Okay products, expensive though, terrible support
Products are okay but in my opinion too expensive compared to their competitors. The reason, our company didn't choose them is their notorious terrible support.

Pessima esperienza con lo store online EU
Ho fatto un ordine significativo di dispositivi di rete necessari per completare il setup di una commessa di lavoro.
Per essere certi della delivery in tempo ho aggiunto il servizio di consegna internazionale express dal costo significativo (quasi il 10% del valore dell'ordine), ma nonostante tutto l'ordine NON è stato consegnato nei termini previsti.
Ciò, produrrà un allungamento delle attività lavorative con conseguente aumento di costi e riduzione del profitto economico, ma oltretutto, crea anche un danno di immagine, affidabilità e reputazione verso il mio cliente.

Poor tech support and visibility into traffic and logs. Sat 30 mins waiting for tech support only for them to close the chat after 5 mins whilst I got a screenshot they asked for. Bunch of jokers

Poor, terrible UK returns experience
Poor. Products are very expensive for what they are - they sell themselves on an Apple-like experience with shiny UX and pointlessly fancy unboxing, but the actual strength of the Wifi is below what I got from the 'free' router from my ISP.
UK returns experience terrible - they made the returns process complex, and failed to give a refund until chased. Barely complied with UK regulations in that regard.
Would not recommend.
Avoid purchasing direct from UK Store sales
Awesome products, but the UK sales store experience is awful. Beware, don't buy directly from their UK Store, buy from approved resellers, they are cheaper. No phone number to correct the wrong order, purely via email, and there are delays in their response. Very bad service from a sales perspective.
Defecte deurbel
Ik heb mijn defecte deurbel 15-04-2025 ingezonden en zou als de defecte deurbel bij Ubiquiti binnen was een nieuwe opgestuurd krijgen, we zijn nu 3 weken verder en heb nog steeds niets van Ubiquiti mogen ontvangen of hier bericht over gehad. Erg jammer dat zo'n groot bedrijf op deze manier met hun klanten omgaat.

Most companies in the Netherlands have next day delivery, with this company you have to be lucky for next week delivery! And it’s not free, no matter how much you order.
Some prices are good, but for some products you can find a better price in other online shops.
Delivery could be faster
Delivery could be faster, we're kinda used to next day delivery and when you're building out products, I'm easy to overlook and need an extra cable or something. Waiting sometimes 2 and sometimes 3 days for the next product to arrive is just, yeah, not really nice in (almost) 2025.
Delivery itself is perfect honestly, UPS does a good job listening to drop-off points and good delivery people.
Products themselves are packaged really well, always with a heavy outer-box and inner-product boxes. I haven't received a broken item yet (*knocks on wood*).
Returning products is easy, but the return label for UPS is just straight up garbage. Its useless. I just return using PostNL, I rather pay extra to be sure I and the people sending it understand what we need to do LOL.
Support is nice, reply decently fast and solve your problem fast enough for it to be good.
Ordering is easy, just the processing could be smoother. Sometimes your order is "processing" at 16:40 PM and it will be set to ship the next day at 8:10 AM. That makes you just go like "WRAAHHH why didnt you ship it yesterday".

Diabolical software - pretty useless products.
Access points cover such a small area I need 5 for a reasonable sized house. And the USG is truly diabolical. I tried to add one more address to the list of items to be dropped - dont even think about it. If you add another rule is goes AFTER the Accept All rules and you cant move it - what a complete pile of garbage. Software to drive the product is an exercise in house to make something unuseable! It goes without saying that I will migrate to another product - probably a TPLINK AX5400 which has a user manual - OH thats another "feature" completely lacking with Ubiquiti. So if you like spending hours figuring useless products you will feel at home here.

I know the statement in their policy but there shipping delivery promises never live up to the real world. If you want your product fast than don't buy on this site!

Good experience so far. equipment is really good quality and has that 'apple product' feel if you know what I mean, packaging too.
I had an issue with one of the devices and support was good. Got help with troubleshooting and AP was replaced at the end.

Ik heb een ticket bij support opengemaakt en bleek, inderdaad, de functiebeschrijving op de website klopte niet. Support beloofde, de beschrijving te laten verbeteren en de store heeft met mij een oplossing gevonden, waarmee ik tevreden was, en die oplossing ook gelijk uitgevoerd. Dat is een webwinkel, die je kunt vertrouwen, lijkt mij.

I ordered 2 access points from the shop and the order was delivered within 2 working days.
Bad Customer support and lack of care
Great products but extremely bad Customer support and even webshop.
When you make an order for a company you have to give the company details at the shipping page not the billing... So If you want to ship to a different place you either give your TAX ID to someone else's address or you give fake details for the shipping party. Either way you cannot have a normal invoice and they just simply does not care to correct their error. You are screwed and that's it... "Sorry for your inconvinience, but we don't give a damn!"
