I had cancelled my subscription a while ago and i just randomly have been charged for a month and i try making tickets but they are never available in my timezone and i’m assuming i wont be issued a refund even tho i wont be using it. It’s stupid how once you pay it automatically becomes a subscription even tho i’ve cancelled it.

Hi swem, I'm sorry for the experience you may have had.
Unfortunately, there is no way to draw many conclusions from a simple comment like “scam, don’t buy”.
Could you provide more details about what happened and how we can help you? constructive feedback would be nice.
With a short and generic comment like yours there is no way to understand anything.
We emphasize that there are Fake Eulen profiles and accounts on Discord that often deceive people and some end up complaining here on TrustPilot, although in fact we had no involvement with the fake profile in question.
Be careful who you talk to or buy from, our only official links are:
Website: eulencheats.com
Discord: eulencheats.com/discord
Anyone else could be a fake/scammer, be careful.
I hope I can listen to you better so that we can improve and resolve your situation, I will be waiting, thank you.
They don't care about the product's functionality
The menu's features are good, but they don't care about the menu anymore. The menu is experiencing and error (CNL Timed out) which kicks players from some servers after 5 minutes of using the menu, the error is going for more then a month and a half and people are waisting their subscription time for them to leave it like that because it's not for everyone. Their spoofer has been in maintenance for 2 weeks and still no fix, they don't even give back the lost days for the spoofer's maintenance because they say that it's free, well it ain't free, it's a part of the product and some people get it for that spoofer too because they can't use the menu unless the spoofer works too. Overall the functions are good, but functionality of the menu and spoofer is just too bad for people having to pay 20$ per month or 100$ lifetime.

I'm sorry about that, this is not the experience we want to offer. But keep in mind that it is in our terms of service that when purchasing, bugs and maintenance situations can occur at any time, you must be aware of this when purchasing a cheat for any game.
The situation with CNL is true, but it is only occurring on some servers, not all, it is already being worked on and a fixed version will be released soon.
I requested your details here at TrustPilot, please respond so that your order can be located and your payment refunded.
We hope to be able to better serve you in the future,
Yours sincerely

Hello Mikkel, we are very sorry about your experience. That's not what we want to offer here.
I believe it's all just a misunderstanding, perhaps you filled out an incorrect email at the time of purchase, or there was a fault with our automatic license delivery bot.
Either way, I'm here to help you and resolve the situation. Please double check once again if you received the license in your email, if not, please let me know your email address so we can better assist you, TrustPilot will send you an email to authorize contact sharing , I will be waiting to help you and resolve the situation.
Thank you for your attention, we will be here to help you.

Dont buy
My parents are divorced so I alternate being at home with them, I bought the owl at my dad's house who I only spend 4 days a month with. Now I have been told that I can't use the owl at my mom's house. So I just spent 20 dollars on nothing, and I think that's simply too bad of them. In the past, you used to be able to do this

Hi, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with us.
We take our terms of service seriously and if you have had your account disabled there is a good chance you have shared your account with someone.
We have check logs and check whenever a HWID reset is applied if there were changes to your PC's ID, or even the IP, location, ISP... We have proof that there was login sharing and this is not allowed.
We have HWID blocking, with one license per computer, to prevent people from buying and sharing the same license with others.
If you want to use Eulen on more than one PC, then you must purchase more than one license, this is under our terms.

Terrible Service, Unjustified Account Disablement, and Zero Customer Support
I recently purchased the lifetime offer for Eulen Cheats, expecting a seamless experience and a reliable service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within a week of purchasing the subscription, my account was inexplicably disabled without any prior warning or explanation.
What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support provided by Eulen Cheats. When I attempted to seek clarification or request a refund through their Discord support channel, my ticket was promptly closed without so much as a single response. It's utterly appalling how they treat their customers, especially considering I payed $100 to be disabled for no reason and without being refunded.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid Eulen Cheats at all costs.

Even if you have been infected with some type of virus, it is necessary to prove that you are the account owner when requesting a HWID reset, how did the "hacker" manage to prove that he was you?
Your other actions make no sense and you are clearly exhausted and exaggerating the situation.

Bad experience.
Okay so, bought eulen about a week ago worked fine for 2-3 days then just stopped working. The file now says "not responding" anytime I try and open it, while it was working it was great but now its not its very bad. Everytime I try and contact eulen i'm met with the same auto-generated of "reset your router, try a vpn".
I've done all of what they have said and even re-installed windows. Still no answer, like what am I supposed to do? Pretty sure I paid for it to work for 30 days not 2 days, scam. Waste of money and time honestly, just wish I didnt get ignored and sent auto-generated messages in the discord.

Eulen is incredibly powerful, it's just one click. You don't have to do anything else, and it's super-fast.
The owner is super cooperative and friendly, he instantly answers tickets.
Please don't go anywhere else, Eulen is the one you need.

Hello Mbare, I'm sorry for the experience you're having, this is not what we want.
I reinforce that our only means of customer service is on our Discord eulencheats.com/discord, have you tried opening a Ticket during our business hours to get help? (Our customer service is available from Monday to Saturday).
Eulen for FiveM Monthly via Stripe has automatic renewal, this is visible in the checkout link and is accepted by you at the time of purchase, don't you know how to read?
Furthermore, it can be easily canceled through the link we provide in our customer service, have you tried to contact us to resolve this situation?
Based on your history here at TrustPilot, you have already opened another complaint in the past about HWID Reset, in which your account had been blocked due to login sharing. It seems like you like to use TrustPilot as blackmail to solve problems.
I will make an exception and contact you by email to resolve the auto renewal situation.
