Temperature sensitive vaccine arrived in very hot box during heatwave. Despite bringing this issue up right away, I was assured that the temperature during transport was not to warm and that the vaccine is safe to use. I find this statement dangerous as there is no way of knowing if vaccine is still safe to use.
No refund was issued.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered medication that was shown as available on the website, only to find out later that it was apparently not in stock. After cancelling the order, I was told that a refund had been issued and would take up to 14 days to arrive.

I have neither received the refund nor seen any evidence that it has actually been processed. I have sent numerous emails, but each time I receive the same generic response stating that the refund has been issued, without any proof or transaction reference.

The most frustrating part is that I needed this medication urgently and have had to look elsewhere because of the delay. The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency in resolving this issue has caused unnecessary stress.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you order from them, be prepared for potential stock availability issues and long delays when trying to obtain a refund.

Din cele doua buc de Berodual respimat comandate si primite, o bucata a fost neconforma, nefunctionala, intrucat nu permitea inserarea intreaga a cartusului metalic in corpul dispozitivului de plastic. Ca urmare, nu erau posibile manevrele de incarcare a dispozitivului cu produs si nici eliberarea dozei in cavitatea bucala. Am sesizat telefonic neconformitatea si mi s-au trimis formularele pentru returnarea produsului. In cutie au fost puse cele doua parti separate, adica dispozitivul de plastic si cartusul metalic.Produsul a fost primit in Timisoara in data de 26 martie 2026 si returnat, montat gresit, cu cartusul in afara dispozitivului, cu mentiunea "Produsul este conform si poate fi folosit." Evident, nu era conform si nu putea fi folosit. Personalul Eumed afirma ca ei nu raspund de calitatea produselor, doar ofera informatii clientilor. Atunci de ce mi-au cerut sa le restitui produsul, de ce l-au montat, evident gresit si apoi l-au restituit cu mentiunea de mai sus? Personal neimplicat, neasumat, nepregatit profesional, fara a respect fata de clienti. Nepregatit nici in cunoasterea produselor pe care le intermediaza, nici in domeniul comunicarii.

I ordered the vaccine StroVac twice, paying a total of approximately 240 EUR, because I genuinely needed this treatment.

First order:
The product was delivered without clear storage instructions, and the leaflet is available only in German, including on the seller’s website, although the product is sold to Romanian patients.

Second order (December):
The vaccine was shipped during winter using standard delivery and arrived frozen, despite the leaflet clearly stating that it must not be frozen.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery, with evidence. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller refused replacement and later proposed a much more expensive “special transport,” which clearly shows that controlled temperature delivery is actually required.

At this moment, I have neither a usable vaccine nor my money back.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend ordering temperature-sensitive medical products from this company.
