Service doesn’t exist…. they are just delaying to solve a problem that they already know and have evidences ( package not delivered)

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!
They received my returned items, there is a proof from shipping company, but are saying that is not received and steal my money! So called support is lying and is useless! When you send to then a claim for not delivered goods, which they have to sign /because they are recipient, not me/, they refuse. Why? Because they are lying!

It's just to usseless comunication with client and their refund policy is just to bad... Just try not to use this website

I received 7 items not as described with sizing or poor workmanship issues. I addressed the customer support 9 days ago, sent the pictures proving the issues, but the agent is just stretching the time and disagrees to process return for a few items that are visibly defective or too big. There is no possibility to file a complaint or change the agent on the website, I'm stuck with this case. Please help.

I think it's a wonderful store..I highly recommend it to everyone including men of all ages and women too. I have been madly in love with everything I have bought . I get lots of compliments all the time when I wear Rowme among other shein items. I'm still a little new at the checkout but I'm getting better with my smart phone. Thank you Shein!!!!

Det er god kvalitet i forhold til prisen. Jeg er virkelig godt tilfreds. Alting kommer der er aldrig noget der mangler. Rimelig hurtig levering. Kan kun sige godt om shein 🌺

Ho effettuato un ordine sul sito Shein, che dopo pochi minuti la stessa Azienda ha annullato; Shein ha comunque prelevato l'importo dell'acquisto dalla mia carta ma, dall'8 di aprile a tutt'oggi, non ho alcuna notizia del rimborso. Sto provando a contattarli in ogni modo senza esito. Spero mi spieghino l'accaduto e mi risarciscano del dovuto.

Estafadores hoy nos han cargado en la cuenta un importe de 122,78€ compra que no hemos realizado ni tenemos la app de Shein. Por cierto les envío mail respuesta: correo lleno no admite mensajes 😡

Commande facile à introduire. Mais en cas de problème (dans mon cas commande incomplète) aucune réponse du "service client" malgré 5 demandes par email (impossible de charger des photos dans leur app). Leur "Service client" est exclusivement un système de FAQ qui vous fait tourner en rond: impossible de poser une autre question que celles prévues ou d'introduire une plainte (qui vous renvoie vers les FAQ's). A fuir!

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo intentan cobrarme una compra de 21 euros que nunca hice como puedo solucionarlo porque he leido por aqui que hay personas que le ha pasado mas de una vez.

I didn't receive my order placed 3 weeks ago and they don't even bother . I got no refund and no answers at all . It's the first time such thing happens to me by shopping at Shein .
