I have requested multiple PayPal payouts and have not received any.
All verification requirements, including photo ID, were completed, yet there has been no response from support despite repeated attempts to contact them.
This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about both payments and how user data is handled.

Paid for a product through Amazon using Affirm, provided full receipt, and was denied support because they don’t understand how payment works. If your warranty depends on their confusion, don’t expect any help after purchase. I’ve been in their insurance industry for a long time and I know exactly what they’re doing. Find ways not to pay or fixe it or replaced and I even told them I will send it to you. I will pay for the delivery to you guys just get it fixed and send it back and I’ll pay for that as well but no. I suggest find some other vendor to buy vacuums.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Eureka NERE10s Saug- und Wischroboter. Wir haben inzwischen zwei Geräte, beide sind nach etwas über zwei Jahren defekt – also kurz nach der üblichen Garantiezeit.
Das größte Problem ist jedoch der Kundenservice: Auf unsere Anfrage, wohin wir die Geräte zur Reparatur einsenden können, konnten wir keine hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Es wurde uns keinerlei Lösung angeboten.
Das bedeutet im Endeffekt, dass wir zwei teure Geräte entsorgen müssen. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch absolut nicht nachhaltig und aus Umweltperspektive nicht akzeptabel.
Für ein modernes Haushaltsgerät hätte ich zumindest einen funktionierenden Reparaturservice erwartet. So bleibt leider nur Frust und unnötiger Elektroschrott.

I ordered online a Corded Stick Vacuum on 2/10/2026. I have checked online for the status and sent email to customer support concerning the status of my order. I was told my order is still in the process of being fulfilled. I checked online status of my order on 2/17/2026 and the status is your order has been canceled. No one from the company has sent me an update. The item I ordered is still on the company web site and I believe the company will continue to advertise the item when the item is not available. I would advise to not purchase anything from this company because they will take your money and not send their product.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They will double charge your credit card and provide no customer service to fix their error. Horrible experience. I’ll be returning everything and ordering from a reputable company. Eureka is not it!
Order cancelled due to out of stock. No refund 13 days later
Ordered a vacuum on Feb 1. Immediately charged my credit card. Only when I checked the status of the order on February 2 read the order was canceled. No explanation as to why. Called customer service and was told they were “out of stock.” Was told I would receive a refund. On Feb 4 received an email notifying me the item was unavailable and they would be issuing a refund within 2-4 business days. On Feb 9th sent an email to see where my refund was. They responded the refund was initiated on their end and I should contact my credit card company. Feb 13th. Still no refund. This company is a disaster. I suspect they will file bankruptcy soon. They are completely incompetent and deceptive. To be charged for an item that is out of stock and then not given a refund immediately is ludicrous!!

Possibly one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Debenhams were doing a 'special' deal on them after christmas and I bitterly regret pressing the 'buy' button. The vacuum was so heavy, it was a supreme effort to get it up the stairs and when I went to use it, it just would not pick up any debris - despite covering the area a number of times. Since then, I have battled with Debenhams to refund my money - they have sent me back to the manufacturer, where I believed, I was going to receive a refund. Only to be told that I was speaking to 'tech support' and asked to go through a number of trouble shooting exercises. That was short lived as the vacuum failed the first question - suction. It had none. Back to Debenhams and they are now referring it back to the manufacturer. Never, ever, ever again will I even buy a paper bag from them - no matter how desperate I am. Never. I have been fobbed off now for 2 weeks despite quoting the Consumer Rights criteria which holds them responsible for selling such a piece of *******. Multiple choice - so many words applicable. So.......save yourself the grief - avoid the Eureka and Debenhams unless, of course you have totally lost all common sense.

Ricevuto in regalo un loro prodotto dal prezzo di 1000 euro. Dopo un paio di mesi per un problemino contattiamo l'assistenza. Ci rispondono che non c'è problema, basta mandarlo indietro e ne manderanno direttamente un altro. Lasciando stare le peripezie col corriere, il pacco che deve andare fino in Polonia non si sa perché ecc, dopo quasi due mesi ricevo un prodotto sostitutivo. Ma è un modello inferiore che costa la metà.
Mi dicono dall' assistenza che in fattura risulta quel modello, anche dopo che per tre volte inoltro la fattura con specificato quale modello fosse. Ancora ad oggi non si riesce a risolvere la situazione. Così il prodotto iniziale non l'ho più ed il sostitutivo non posso usarlo perché non potrei più renderlo una volta utilizzato.
Morale: comprate altro, o se dovesse essere eureka fatelo tramite piattaforme come Amazon che possono rimborsarvi.

Mit dem Gerät an sich war ich sehr zufrieden bis in der Garantiezeit die Absaugung der Station nicht mehr funktionierte. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Man bekommt irgendwelche allgemeinen Antworten, bei denen man das Gefühl hat,sie sind KI generiert. Es gibt keinen festen Ansprechpartner. Nach langem Hin
und Her habe ich das Gerät zur Reparatur einschicken können. Nach 4 Wochen gab es dann auf nochmalige Nachfrage die Antwort, das Gerät sei nicht zu reparieren und man würde mir das defekte Gerät zurückschicken und alles weitere müsste ich mit Amazon klären,obwohl ich das Gerät direkt bei Eureka gekauft habe. Der Service geht echt garnicht.

I purchased the Eureka Precisa scales thinking I was paying a bit extra for European manufacturing. Despite being marketed as 'Made in Italy' online, the unit I received is made in China. Between the misleading origin and the cheap, generic-feeling app, this is not the quality I expected from Eureka.
Good suction and easy to empty, but not a premium build
We’ve been using a Eureka vacuum in our home and it’s done a solid job for everyday cleaning. The suction is good, especially on hard floors and low-pile carpet, and the dust bin is easy to empty and clean out.
It doesn’t feel like a high-end, luxury vacuum, but for the price and performance it’s been reliable and gets the job done. It’s lightweight and easy to use, which makes quick cleanups a lot easier.
Overall it’s a good value vacuum that works well for regular household use.

Eureka Staubsauger H11 - Nach zwei Jahren in die Tonne!
Der AkkuStaubsauger (vor zwei Jahren gekauft)ist prinzipiell nicht schlecht - allerdings gibt es keine Filter mehr zu kaufen, das heißt, es muss ein neuer Staubsauger erworben werden, da die Filter auch kein Äquivalent aus anderer Produktion bieten.

Ich habe meinen Staubsaugerroboter jetzt schon seit ca. 3 Jahren. Ich muss sagen ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben drei Langhaarkatzen und es ist der Wahnsinn was der Staubsauger JEDEN TAG einsammelt. Er funktioniert immer einwandfrei.
Am Anfang hatte ich ein kleines Problem, habe mich dann an den Support gewendet und auch hier muss ich sagen, super. Sie haben total schnell geantwortet, sehr freundlich, sehr respektvoll und es war im Endeffekt ein klassischer Anwenderfehler.
Ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit dem Robby.
Die Wischfunktion nutze ich selten, da ich selbst einfach gerne durchwische und kann daher nicht allzuviel dazu sagen.

On Nov. 30th I purchased a cordless vacuum online and immediately saw the transaction posted to one of my bank accounts. At the same time, I received 4 emails confirming my order and welcoming me to Eureka. I have called customer service twice with the order number and they told me it wasn't picked up as of yet for shipment. As of today, going into day 6, my inquiry was being sent to another (higher) level. I do not expect to hear from them. This vacuum was bought during Black Friday/Cyber Week and now I will miss other sales from other brands. If I do not receive a response... I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND A EUREKA PRODUCT AGAIN! This has been the worst experience. Something is seriously wrong when a "reputable" company takes your money and disappears!

The hoover broke due to a design fault and I’ve spent weeks trying to get a refund, I’ve done everything they ask sent pictures and videos then every day I receive a new email from someone different at the company asking for an invoice which I’ve now sent over 5 times and they will only offer me a partial refund, which they seam reluctant to pay I just keep getting emails asking for the same thing every day it’s like they don’t want to refund me, very bad company and very bad machines, dont use
