I ordered one of the drones on December 10 and was told on website that it would arrive before Christmas. The tracking showed it was picked up the next day by USPS the next day but NOTHING after that time.

I made repeated calls, sent a couple of emails, and tried CHAT a few times (with no response). Finally, on December 23, I got a response to a CHAT, saying the item would ship within the next 24-48 hours. I immediately replied, "PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY" and promptly got their "away" message again.

USPS online was actually doing a better job of tracking my package. They showed it would be delivered by 8 p.m. one day before Christmas. It arrived one day AFTER Christmas.

I removed the toy from the box, looked over the instructions, and tried it out to see if it would work. It would not leave my hand without being "coaxed." Also, it was not supposed to run into solid objects but kept going to the ceiling, hitting it, and then crashing to the floor. After several more attempts, a propeller came off and a piece of the frame broke off.

I will be contacting my bank about this. I will try to contact them again after the first of the year. If I do not hear from them, I will be calling my bank. It's not the $31.46; it's the principle.

At the very least, they have given terrible customer service. If they end up rectifying this situation with me, I will come back here and report the "rest of the story." However, after reading other reviews, I'm rather doubting that will happen.

Last update: the drone finally arrived. From the videos my daughter sent, this thing appears to be the real deal. It really works and the kids love it. It looks really cool and a lot of fun. I’d give it a full 5 stars now but I have to ding these guys for not delivering on time as promised and zero communication. But if the thing works and the kids are happy, fine by me.

UPDATE: For those of you waiting for your Eureka Drones, if you drop in the tracking number to the USPS website, you'll see your shipment moving through the system. It looks like mine delivers tomorrow, albeit NOT in time for Christmas, but it looks promising. Not happy with the dead silence on Eureka's end, but I'm willing to forgive a little if the drone arrives and actually works.

No delivery by Christmas like was promised. No response via chat. No response via email. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

No delivery, no correspondence; all automated responses. Placed ad on Facebook and changed their name twice on Facebook since September 2019. I Feel like a fool. Report to your credit card company

Pathetic scam!! ordered 7 drones after speaking with someone in customer service. Package never arrived after they provided an invalid tracking number that didn't exist. Note they have 100% rating on their website yet you can't actually post a review - wish I'd figured that out prior to ordering gifts for Christmas that won't arrive!@

Scam! I had to give a star in order to write this, but I ordered and paid a month ago for two drones for my grandchildren for Christmas, but I have not received them and they have not answered my mail. Avoid this so-called shop!!

Do Not under any circumstances buy a product from Eureka Science Shop. Unfortunately I was sucked in to buy 2 of their Drones for US$35 each and since found out you can get them for around AU$20 on ebay. In any case one of the Drones does not work and I reported this to Eureka within 24 hours of receipt which was about 7 days ago. I have not received any response from them despite 2 other attempts to contact them. I am now convinced that this site is a Scam so please avoid at all cost otherwise you will receive a useless and faulty product and loose your money.

replied to my email saying the refund policy says you must cancel within 24 hours then sent the refund policy where it doesn't state that at all. She goes on to say that it is because items are shipped in 24 hours however since I've received no shipping notice as promised that is not true either.

I have asked for cancellation and refund again before shipping and received no reply.

They actually get 0 stars - I've never received the product after 3 weeks. But they certainly took the money out of my account. Now there are 2 other different sites for them? I think the whole thing is a complete scam - avoid all related websites too.

Still no reply about the faulty drone I received ! Obviously after reading these reviews and no customer service the science shop is not trustworthy!

The product quality is very poor. It's not worth the 50 dollars I paid. The drone that I ordered is not starting up. Overall I felt like being cheated as the product is not worth 10% of the price.

Update January 2020: I got contact with customer support. I sent a video showing the drone not working and I was promised a replacement. After writing many times to the customer support following up on status the replacement arrived 2 months later. And the drone works! Fun toy. I give 2 more star to a total of 3 as I got contact to customer support and they delivered on a replacement.

I bought the mini drone as a gift for my nephew. Luckily I wanted to learn how to maneuver the drone before bringing the present. I powered it up with the charger and the lights came on when turning it on - but the drone does not work!
A small screwdriver came with the drone however it does not screw anything open - it is glued and does not come apart for me to look at the engine. There are wires inside the cage but I cannot get to them to see if they are connected. I am at lost now and turned to Eureka Science Shop to let them know. They offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranty. They have still not replied after a week. And It is stated I cannot return the drone without getting contact first. I need the address to return it to.
I am not impressed or pleased with the product or the customer handling.
