Ordering online and stock checking went smoothly.They had the item in stock and their Colindale store is only a couple miles from where I live . I opted to collect my order to save delivery charges .

Very professional service, knowledgeable staff, and a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant experience coming for the first time to the shop.
Hendrix, the man who helped me was very helpful ,attentive, patient and polite.
Will definitely be buying again and will recommend this shop.

You can improve with better communication.

An amazing staff.
The product looks good, but the staff is not great. I actually need some end trim for a nice finish, but I cannot find it on the website. So I asked the staff for help. He said to just order on the website, and he said that helping to find products is not his job. What a great staff!
