Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. We ordered and paid for fencing in February. Today is the 13th of April. We have no fencing and no communication. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t answer the phone they don’t get in touch and update you on their uselessness, and that’s despite the items STILL showing as in stock on their website

The customer service at Dumfries branch…
The customer service at Dumfries branch outstanding. From walking through the doors, helping us to select correct products and guaranteeing delivery on time and when stated. Even returning extra boards was not a problem. All the staff were pleasant with a good sense of humour 😂

Called at the Dumfries branch to enquire about ceiling products. Dan the branch manager was fantastic with advice and organising quotes for me. Collected the product this morning. I can’t speak too highly about the friendly, efficient and helpful service I received. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Eurocell Dumfries
Excellent service from Eurocell Dumfries. The guys there are very helpful. Ordered my items back 9am and they arrived back 11am same day at no cost.
Have used them several times now and can't fault their customer service. Would recommend checking them out if you need supplies.

Staff at Dumfries branch very helpful and knowledgeable
Used the Dumfries branch for the first time a couple of weeks ago. First class service all round. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you. A very good product range and competitive pricing too. I'll be using them for all my PVC needs from now on. A refreshing change from that mob in St Mary's Ind Est who don't want to know you unless you're a trade buyer. Highly recommend Eurocell Dumfries.
