I just wanted to post that Craig at the Kendal store was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me locate a piece of UPVC sheeting that was exactly what I needed

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. I ordered some 5m long capping boards and could not quite fit them in my van. The bloke working there, apart from being very friendly, offered to drop them off the next day for me for free. Saved me cutting them ends off boards that were the exact length for what I needed. Will without doubt use these guys again.

I dealt with the Kendal store and my experience was great. The staff helped me enormously to select the right products to build my shed. I am an amateur DIY person and your staff really helped me get it right. They were very patient with me to help me compare the various options taking account of the price / quality issue. A great service.
