I had some issues previously with some window beading (established that it was not the fault of Eurocell) but the way Paul, and Will from the Huyton branch, helped put it right was excellent. It’s often the way people, and businesses, react to issues that shows the level of service and I couldn’t fault either Paul or Will for the way they handled it. Thanks again.

The lads in the Liverpool branch went above and beyond when my van broke down. They managed a super fast delivery to help me out . And I mean super fast within the hour . Thanks again lads

Got a composite back door from Eurocell Bootle branch, the guys made choosing and ordering the door to my specific requirements a very easy process, they couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble, quick delivery and a great price, the door looks great and the quality is fantastic- keep up the good work :)

My husband and I went into our local branch (Bootle,Liverpool ) ,for some decking to replace our old wooden decking which was starting to rot. We asked about the front doors on show and the staff were very helpful and we also ordered a new front door to replace our existing door.
