I received an order by local delivery…
I received an order by local delivery which was very quick and the driver was very helpful and attentive. I needed some advice about another order I needed to make, so I went to the Redhill depot and the trade counter guys were also very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Eurocell to anyone.

Great product disastrous back up
I ordered a large P shaped conservatory frame with an equinox roof which is a great system. I unfortunately broke a shaped double glazed unit when I was installing. My fault so I paid £54 for a replacement on 10th August asking for a quick turn around. 6th September unit is delivered and is the wrong shape they made the frame so had the measurements on file. 20th October wrong shape again! I am asked to supply the sizes which I refused as they made the frame so have the correct size on the record. I made a complaint on their website and was not contacted to discuss the problem other than a receipt of the complaint. 27th October was told should be next week! 17th November go to the branch to ask and was told they will let me know when it comes in!!
Really don't know want to do as no one at Eurocell cares?????

It's now been 2 days since I responded to Eurocell request to let them know the details of the order and still no response!!!!!

It would be helpful if the staff…
It would be helpful if the staff actually manned the counter after obviously seeing you arrive. A six minute wait in my opinion is unacceptable.
