Eurocell plc - St Austell Opiniões 

Placed a web order for items said to be in stock for delivery “within 48 hours”. 3 days later emailed twice and ignored twice. Phoned and put through to local store. Told order was in progress and not in stock but had now arrived. Delivered next day, unpacked after the driver left and found to be damaged..called local branch at 16.15 and phone no answered in spite of closing at 16.30. Phoned order line number and was promised call back first thing next day AND “I have copied in management on this” no call today and order line number not answered. Call head office reception number and told department is at lunch, please call back in 6 minutes! Never before I had the misfortune to deal with a company that treats customers as badly as this.

I visited the St Austell branch today, and they had a range of cladding, sadly not in the colour that I wanted, but we're very good in finding an alternative product that they had which met my requirements and it was half the cost...happy days! Well done Chris and Kevin, thanks again

Shocking service! Was told items were in stock, only to find out after a month they never were in stock!

Bought online, click and collect. I know what I'm paying rather than going to trade shops and getting ripped off with retail prices! And yes it does happen at Eurocell! I'm a trades person, just don't need or want an account!!!!! Click and collect is fairly efficient, although shop staff are on bit of a go slow sometimes. On this occasion it was very good.

Still havent heard when i will get my delivery , same reason used for a second time , broken van for deliveries , that should be stipulated on the website giving customers a chance to buy elsewhere so the job doesn't get delayed ..

Ordered online for delivery. Had no contact at all. Chased it up a week later to be told we're waiting for stock and it would be delivered Friday. No delivery on Friday, called during their office hours on Saturday but no answer. Called again Monday to be told it on the van to be delivered that day. No delivery Monday and still no contact. Chased again Wednesday to be told they don't have a van to deliver it and not sure when it will come out. Distinct lack of communication throughout and still no product arrived.

I think St Austell branch of Eurocell is very good because Jon, Kevin, Mark and Dan at the St Austell branch are brilliant to deal with, helpful, know the products and always have plenty of stock.

I placed my order online, and arranged for collection later that day. On arrival I was advised that part of my purchase was sold in pairs and did I really need them all. The staff explained in the returns process. This was completed at home and a return was issued within 24 hrs. What stuck me was the trust that the staff and Eurocell had in me to return the surplus items. I did return the items to another brand. All this says to me Eurocell/ Staff are a honest and trustworthy company thank you

Superb service, great price and exceptional delivery. Ordered online about 10:30pm delivery next morning 08:00!
