Incredibly helpful and friendly staff I needed some upvc trim to cover around a corner shower base I'd tried everywhere. The staff member (didn't catch his name sorry) Helped me pick something suitable and helped me bend it to the profile I believed I needed. It worked a treat and looks amazing and the price was a fraction of of what I was expecting highly recommended 10/10

Order went through online and my bank account was debited. When I went to collect, there was no record of my order. I was left hanging about for the best part of an hour until it was eventually sorted out.

Got the shower panels which look great. Great value compared to other types and I know they last as have used them many years ago.
Had to get a part swapped on the delivery but easy to arrange. Pleasant service from Stockport branch.

ordered shower panels, arrived a day late with no indication of delivery. turns out they not only send the wrong panels, but even a mix of wrong panels in the delivery. cut 2 pieces to get the job done, turns out the 3rd panel i open is completely different aswell. Been ringing my local depot all week who cant be bothered answering the phone, seems the default setting is simply not answer. now left in limbo with a bathroom minus a ripped out toilet and basin. shambolic all round, will use BQ next time

Value for money and exceptional customer service. Placed an order via website but then found delivery would be a minimum of 3 days. Needed items ASAP so called local branch. Very kind sales assistant went the extra mile and arranged delivery for the following morning. Can't ask for more! Highly recommended.

Ordered some materials online to pick up an hour later. Forty minutes later I get a message saying my order is ready to pick up. Went there, got my stuff straight away,no messing and excellent customer service.

Placed to order online and opted for delivery, the subsequent e-mail stayed tge 3rd party delivery company would contact me within 2 to 3 days to arrange delivery which was fine. Within the hour I received a call from the store arranging delivery for 2 days later, very impressed with the turnaround time.
