The manager Ash and all the lads are absolutely first class. The service is amazing. Really helpful staff that do their best all the time. Helpful and really polite. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

I was tasked with collecting 5x gutter joining units. I am a customer service excellence super judge and seldom im impressed,..but I was so.thrilled to be served by s gentleman with a beard last week. He was absolutely on it..I hope the management team at Trentham look after him...or you will lose him. He is an employers dream. Knowledgeable, polite helpful and just a delight to speak to. When Someone has done a good job it deserves a mention

I had unknowingly made an error in my order, it was spotted by someone at Eurocell, thet called me and amended my order so that I received the correct items.

A very easy process
First time using the company.
DIY scheme.
I found the whole experience a very easy process, and considering it was a small order, that made no difference to the customer care that l received at the collection point.
