Eurocell plc - Stoke Opiniões 

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and even though I've written emails to the enquiries team I have had no response nor confirmation of delivery.
Even though Stoke is the closest stockist, it is not clear who is processing the order on behalf of Eurocell for the Composite Fence Panels I've ordered.
The product is great by the way, but I had exactly the same issue the last time I bought the same product.

Would have been a five but placed the order online, payment taken immediately. Then all quiet. I emailed a week or so later and was informed of a delay of approx 4 weeks! Pity they didn't let me know at the time of ordering. Anyway after another 10 days or so i got a phone call to say they now had stock and could deliver next day, which they did, very promptly.

The lads at stoke depot are great, always there to help with advice and excellent product knowledge and even advise you where to go if Eurocell don’t sell the item you require, they always give you the best price possible and ther customer service is second to none. ITS EUROCELL every time for me

Call in eurocell not my usual plastic dealer but thought give them a go very very expensive and why are you adding material surcharge .I went back to usual deal and showed them the Receipt they managed to knock £45 off my £178 from eurocell...really poor never again..
