Awful, total rip off merchants, went to my local Eurocell, Thanet Branch, Ramsgate CT12 6PB I bought some Black Ash corners trims and facias from Jewsons but was a couple of items short so thought I’d pop to my local Eurocell, what a massive mistake, unfortunately I forgot my glasses, the staff knew this as I told them, they then quoted me a price which I agreed, but it’s only now when doing my accounts with my glasses on I realised that they added 28% £56.43 in surcharges on top of the price of the goods the gentleman quoted me, it’s criminal and trading standards should investigate these crooks. You can’t quote a price over the counter and then add 28% on top when processing it.

Good service and price but QR scanner to gain entry to store is rubbish, there can be no one in store and yet still normally have to stand outside and wait 5+ minutes to get entry
