Very disapointed with my delivery today i was not informed when my fence panels were arriving dispite my email to establish delivery date,luckily i was home when they arrived out of the blue the delivery driver however was very polite

Excellent service....Ordered a load of upvc trim from wigan online and had order ready to collect confirmation within 15 mins.

Extremely helpful and great products cannot fault them on customer service and delivery/collection. Eurocell website is not the best but the people in Wigan branch are.

These guys are the best. Replaced all my skirting boards full downstairs and also used facia boards to replace kickboards in the kitchen. Quality is excellent price is excellent delivery was excellent.

Ordered product from Wigan has it said they had 3 in stock and they could be collected. Received an email saying the product was ready for collection. Arrived at depot to be told my product had been ordered that morning and the three in stock were for someone else. Still waiting to be told when my order will be at the depot one week after the order. Still not received the product!!!

I received an email and text telling me my order was ready to be picked up but when I went to the wigan branch I was told my order wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

Got delivered when said, was 1 roll missing rang them they dropped it of within 15mins

Not delivered!!! As arranged. Had to pick up myself found parts missing and some damaged, terrible service staff no interest in resolving issues.

it's the first time I've dealt with Eurocell and all i can day is that the delivery was excellent and the product was outstanding.

I have no contact with anyone regarding this order despite contacting customer service I have not had it delivered I think this is shocking way to run a business
