My order sorted and delivered promptly, thank you Woolwich branch

I bought guttering from Eurocell expecting high quality as I have used their product before. I purchased the guttering from Eurocell and it was installed at the clients property. The product quality was very poor, very soft plastic and some parts started to break on install. I carried on with the job !!
After approx three weeks of installation the client telephoned myself saying the guttering is leaking?
On inspection I found most of the guttering had distorted and bowed?
Plastic appeared very more quality and certainly would not last to do the job?
It has been a complete nightmare, as I had to remove the new guttering and replace with another product I wished I used in the first place!
I have since found out that Eurocell have changed their supplier? NOT great quality Product!!!

John at Woolwich branch extremely helpful. Forget Wickes, selco, b and q, etc, the items I bought were half the price. Take a look!

I ordered 2 of the above but only 1 was delivered phoned the branch and they said it would be delivered on Friday the 4th of July but nothing turned up i now can’t finish my project so I’m not very happy. I have used Eurocell in the past with no problems but this time nothing but problems . Not very good service

Great job from Gary and Charlie, CSL construction. Very friendly and helpful. Neat and tidy and excellent job!

1st time here, friendly service so was comfortable straight away. Good advice and his customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The four is for the products although I have not checked for damage as yet
As for arranging a delivery I would give that a one star based on the same excuse used every time they fail to turn up when they say they will
Driver has done the deliveries in the wrong order and gone elsewhere yeah of course he has .

Not recommend Woolwich branch. Very disappointed.

Order on line and went in and picked up what I needed.
Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about all products in the store.

Never received my order - 2 weeks waiting, but no one seemed to be able to contact my local store (Woolwich) to give me an estimate on delivery. I opted to cancel and received a refund quite quickly, but it was a very frustrating experience.

Well so far not very good - website order made and accepted - went to pick up and out of stock. Alternative taken but returned as unworkable and advised to apply for a refund on line / Email as quicker but still waiting - however on being advised of the problem it has been quickly resolved so all good nothing bad

Placed an online click & collect order, product was ready at my local branch next day, polite staff, hassle free order & got exactly what I wanted.
