I have had a great experience buying from Eurocell in the Yate, Bristol branch as a regular customer the manger leia has been very helpful, she will go out of her way to complete my orders which is very important to me, her co workers Aaron has also been very helpful, all in all I would definitely recommend, and the materials have been the best quality!

My skirting was ordered the previous week in order for me to have it fitted on weekend. The correct internal and external corners for chamfered skirting arrived with the incorrect ogee skirting on the Friday.I phoned my local eurocell at Yate first thing on Saturday to try and get it delivered that morning so I could still get it fitted as scheduled, but they were unable to. This has put me to a lot of inconvenience as I wanted to have job done before all my furniture deliveries come straight after weekend so that it could be put into room after skirting was fitted. The fact that an error was made and that it could not be rectified in order for me to have job done on time is very disappointing indeed and not expected my a decent company.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Robin came and went through our requirements and advised as to the best type of garden office for us with a design that met all our needs. The office staff were friendly and efficient and able to answer all our queries. Delivery was as promised and the guys who then built the office were quick and professional, working through rain and hail to ensure it was built in the agreed time. I would highly recommend Robin and the team.

Order took over a week to arrive with no warning that delivery was coming.
No one was on site when driver arrived, he rang and seemed inconvenienced I had no idea it was coming like it was my fault.
I tried ringing several times before this to no answer.

Haven't actually been through it all yet, but all of the order seems to be there.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the product range and stock is alway good.

The project started with a visit from the lovely Robin to talk through my options. He knows his stuff! There where a few questions but either Robin or Kerrie got back to me with answers fairly quickly. Delivery and build went well (3 days, all done). Then a follow up call from Robin to check i was happy with everything. Only one outstanding issue (scratched window panel) but Kerrie and Robin both confirmed its being sorted. I'm really pleased with the building and service. Would defo reccommend the guys in Yate.

Robin came to us and was exceptionally friendly and warm, liked him the moment he started chatting to us, very good at putting you at ease and feeling valued.
His knowledge of the garden room products were exemplary and any questions we had were answered and put us at ease with what we were getting.
His communication around timings was clear and concise and even after sales couldn’t do enough to help.
Would highly recommend and if needed anything similar would be the first person I would contact.

I purchased a 4x4m garden room with 2.4m sliding doors for use as a year round office/gym directly from Eurocell through their sales representative, Robin. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Robin was open and easy to work with despite me requesting several changes to the design prior to delivery. I've never come across a more communicative sales person, proactively trying to make sure all my requirements could be surpassed, and helping with interfaces such as the foundation. The appointed installation contractors were efficient, tidy and very communicative. The final product looks great and is of a high build quality. The level of insulation in the building is excellent so I expect to be out there whatever the weather. The market for garden buildings is vast these days and we looked at a number of options, but the Eurocell Kyube system is very competitively priced and neither the product or service appear to have suffered as a result.

We have attempted to replace the windows and frames on our property and were purchased back in May 2021 (9 months ago now). They have been manufactured incorrectly twice, the first time the seals were different colours as apparently you changed fabricators. The second time none of the handles aligned. Now I am trying to speak to someone in the branch to try and get an update but no one will confirm if/when we will receive our windows as no one will answer the phone.
