Eurocell plc - Yeovil Opiniões 

I placed the order on 16/5/26 made several calls to Yeovil but they dont answer the answer the phone so I called customer services on 25th as I have had no update on my order and it was almost 2 weeks it is now 1/6/26 still no email or phone call.
This is the worst company I have tried to buy from.

Excellent range of quality, well priced UK products.

Website states delivery but can’t say when. No one answers the phone. In the end i spoke to someone (5th attempt) who still couldn’t tell me when the delivery ( from stock) would occur, it maybe 3 days or 4. This is of little help when you are building to a deadline. In the end I cancelled the order and put the roof bars on and obtained the Materials locally.

There is always an issue with this company, especially the Yeovil depot. We have never had one buying experience that has not had issues. I have been trying to call the local depot for 2 days. The website wanted to charge me £150 for delivery, yet the order page said free delivery if you spend over £100. Eventually, I got through, and after 10 minutes, the assistant said he could not place the order and that I should ring the Web desk. He reluctantly found the right number for me. I got some help, but they weren't the best and wouldn't place my order. They also said that I need to keep trying to place the order. I decided not to take advantage of the buy more & get a discount, and also had to pay for transport. If I could give Zero Stars, then I would.

The surveyor gave us a high level of confidence that we were making the right choices and we enjoyed his high level of enthusiasm for the project.
The installers were also very good, finishing everything to a high level of detail and leaving the garden immaculately clean.

Website easy to use. Payment simple. Immediate confirmation of order which was collected from Yeovil branch with no problems.

Just bought a garden room through the Yeovil branch. Robin Iles who carried out the survey, did an excellent job, and gave us excellent advice on the package we needed. His constant monitoring was very helpful. The materials arrived on time, and the construction over 2 days was fantastic. We’re very happy with the result, and Robin making sure we were totally happy was very good too. We’d certainly recommend. Very well done.

Ordered composite fence boards and skirting. Easy to order, delivered on time promised, good communication. Five stars.

The most appalling customer service. Took my money and nothing! Several emails, one official complaint, still nothing!

Eurocell always go the extra mile to get stock when needed , even if they don't have it in the store they will always order it and do their best to get it.
