Eurocell plc - York Opiniões 

After finding that what I needed at a roofing supplier was out of stock, I went to Eurocell, not expecting success as the item I needed was related to rubber roofing; however the man behind the counter was very helpful and allowed me the time to consider options, so that I was able to identify a plastic product of very similar profile to the item I needed. I was very impressed, as indeed I was the last time I visited the Clifton Moor store. I hope mg local branch on Tyneside is as helpful if/when I visit there.

Called in to York branch to get a new handle for window and staff were really helpful and knowledgeable

I needed a new conservatory and went for advice from the York branch . Chris Cooper was absolutely brilliant , went through all the different types and colours I could go for , also he recommended Dane at DC Windows for the fitting , from measure up to completion I could not praise Dane's work enough . also a very competitive price . would highly recommend both Chris and Dane to anyone wanting conservatories

guys in the office in york were very friendly and helpful, delivery within 2 days even though it had to be shipped to the local office.

OMG what a useful experience today visiting the Clifton Moor store. The friendly, helpful staff answered all our queries on composite cladding, worked out a quote for our project and offered advice and alternative solutions that we hadn’t considered. Definitely going to buy from them when it’s time for our project.

I have had occasion to use the York Clifton Moor branch of Eurocell a few times before Christmas. I'm not a full time tradesman, more of a retired DIYer but the guys at this branch could not have been more helpful. After explaining what I was thinking of doing they came up with the ideal solution. it has always been service with a smile and a little banter between the guys was enjoyable to hear.

Unlike the other delivery driver, this time he knocked on the door and waited. He was polite and delivered it with care.
Unlike the other delivery driver who dumped it in the front garden over the plants.
I only found it when I went to the bin.

They didn’t have what I wanted in the store, even though the website said it was available.

Well what can I say the order was acknowledged by eurocel there was no communication after there was no delivery date given & very slow to deliver it just happened to turn up.
