Exercised my legal right to return the item within 14 days, they refused the refund without any valid reason and ignored all communication — had to escalate to European Consumer Centre. Avoid.

I purchased the fire whilst in Spain. The delivery could not have been smoother. I was kept imformed all the way. The driver was very friendly & polite - my apartment is not the easiest to find! The fire is just perfect, lovely and warm. Thanks

Le matériel est arrivé défectueux et le fournisseur n’a pas eu d’autre solution que de me demander d’appeler Cdiscount au motif que le colis était parti de leur entrepôt. Cela fait 3 semaines que cela dure et en attendant c’est à moi de passer des coups de fil, de suivre et de relancer pour pouvoir (peut être un jour) retourner le colis et incidemment obtenir le remboursement de cet article qui est inutilisable.
Le service client d’ Euroelectronics est déplorable (ils ont cloturé un 1er ticket d’incident alors que rien n’était résolu): fournisseur A FUIR

I boutght a product, it didn't work from the beginning. I asked to change it and after one week no answer!

On January 17th, I ordered an Ergo Office chair (model ER-414) and a Maclean Brackets TV wall mount (MC-723). By February 2nd, they were delivered right to my apartment. I’m really impressed with the comfort of the chair and the quality of the parts. It’s rated for up to 150 kg, and it definitely feels like it, even though I only weigh 78 kg — it's very comfortable for me. It has all the necessary adjustments. I also really liked the quality of the mount; all the components were included. I was a bit worried about the quality since it was my first time ordering from them, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about!
