Just tread carefully with this company and their charging network. They take £30 preauthorisation from your bank and then charge you for the electricity on top of the £30. Then hold onto your £30 for a further 10 days. I’ve reported this to my bank and let them deal with it. But I would stay well clear of this company, I for one won’t be using them again.
EV smart were given details of what I needed and from day one everyone was helpful in proposing the correct equipment, arranging the necessary documentation/authorisation. Once that was all sorted they arranged the full job from start to finish. Communication was fantastic every step of the way and never once had to chase for an update. Workmanship and tidiness was A* and I would highly recommend them to friends, family and colleagues going forward.
Customer service is definitely at the heart of EV Smart!
