Unfortunately, the returns were caused by DHL restrictions and handling issues outside of our direct control. Despite this, we continued to re-ship and coordinate until the matter was resolved.

My experience was ok
My experience was on I suppose very delayed in getting advice before purchasing my pistol also my pistol arrived with out any safety or fire marking on the safety switch which I find quite strange!!
I looked at alit of evanix viper x videos on YouTube and all the pistol have factory safety marking indicators on them mine was completely blank just the switch ?
