We have tried to contact you to discuss this review. We pride ourselves on being proactive, efficient and put client satisfaction at the top of our priorities. We have done an internal review on this matter and we received all the information that we needed to do your accounts from your own bookkeeper on 25th July after a lot of chasing from us. We then said that these accounts would get done by the end of August which we believe is an acceptable turnaround time which was agreed to. We have tried to contact you since to discuss your thoughts/feelings and you don't seem willing to respond. We find it frustrating that you wouldn't speak to us to try and sort the situation out before leaving a 1* review which we believe isn't justified.
