Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have been able to locate the emails that were sent to you and identified that one of our clients had entered your email address by mistake instead of their own email address.
This has now been corrected and you should not receive any further emails from us. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
Easy to do
Easy to do, but confusing at end. I signed, but then got a page saying “preview”. Despite waiting quite a while, nothing came up on the page, so no preview! I’m not sure if my signature has been accepted.

The preparation of my claim was handled progressively over time and was read over before signing off. I found it worth checking each section so as to do my best the information being used was correct to the best of my ability. It was quit a service and needed to be as accurate as possible.

I have been contacted by another agent…
I have been contacted by another agent re claim. I e mailed them 3 times to ask about their fee with no response. Your company (quite rightly) makes it clear in your documentation. Hence the reason l have signed.

Beware this company
Beware this company. They had my completed CF411 since Sept 2025 with supposed updates now and then. Only when I filled in a secind form myself did they spring to life. When I decided to check with HMRC it was discovered they had only received my own form, nothing at all from Evanshaw

HMRC updated their CF411 form, and for this reason we asked you to complete and sign a new version so your claim could proceed correctly.
We had also previously requested some additional information in relation to your claim. In light of your comments, we will need to double-check why this may not have been received by HMRC.
Please email us directly so we can look into this in detail and clarify the situation for you.
