Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even built my vape up for me and binned all the rubbish after. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful shop salesman to help me and sale me the vape I received.

Great customer service in this shop with all the staff!
Lisa and Matt are always happy and cheerful. They both are great at giving advice of different products to try and recommendations based on what you like. I have built a great relationship with both of them and always have a laugh.

Excellent range and customer service
First time user of Evapo and they haven't failed to impress. Customer service is excellent, especially Karl, I had an issue with my vape and within 24 hours my issue was rectified. I chose the impbar select and paired with the impbar liquids made for for a really smooth and enjoyable experience. Fantastic range and prices, I will be buying from Evapo again. Its well worth a look.

The ladies in evapo were super helpful and kind
The ladies in evapo were super helpful. I came in with a problem with my vape which a different company sold me and they gave me great advice to go back and get an exchange. I ended up back in evapo as the other company was useless. The ladies help me and gave me a reliable vape. They were super kind and made me feel much better after such a bad experience with a different company. Will be returning in the future to Evapo as I think very highly of them. Thanks again ladies x
