Excellent service. From the moment my Ohme charger was ordered Andrew was in touch and went through the whole installation process with me. My charger was installed by Oliver who contacted me to give me notice of his attendance. The install went really well and Oliver explained the whole charging process and app. I would highly recommend.

ok so I ordered I new car on my work scheme, everything going smoothly with no hiccups. I contact the EV charging company who my car provider uses and was told "we are folding and a new company would be in touch". it was from that point that things all smoothed out and went absolutely perfect.
Andrew contacted me from the EVC group and from the first few minutes of chat I could tell I was talking to someone extremely genuine who only wanted to do right for me. We spoke a couple of times and dropped each other a few messages along the way just to make sure everything was on track and to make sure octopus had installed all the necessary equipment. So today was new car delivery day and for my EV charger to be installed. Yet again Andrew was in touch this morning keeping me informed as to what time my engineer would be here. I then received a message from the engineer just confirming everything as well.
The engineer arrived and such a nice guy who immediately gave you so much reassurance about what he was going to do and that the OHME pod that selected was an extremely good choice. Within no time the job was finished, so neat and tidy. What can I say about EVC and my whole experience with them from start to finish, totally professional, go that extra mile for you, genuine nice people who are only happy if you are. Thank you again Andrew and also many thanks to your engineer for everything you have done for us.

Great experience from start to finish

An excellent, efficient OHME EV charger installation by EVC. Asif fitted the equipment and cabling very neatly. Chris did a brilliant job replacing the block paving after digging a trench. He made a fantastic effort in levelling, cleaning and re-sanding the paving so It looked better than before. Both Chris and Asif were pleasant and trustworthy. The good communication throughout from Andrew was appreciated. I highly recommend them and EVC to potential customers.

Really pleased with the service from EVC. Clear communication before fitting. Flexible timings offered. Efficient service - everything cleared away afterwards. Andrew Nutall - area manager was attentive and really helpful when we had questions before and after fitting. Would highly recommend.

I can’t fault EVC from start to finish the communication has been excellent. Ours was a tricky install spanning a long distance and across a path but Asif, our engineer, fitted the wiring neatly and worked all day in the rain to ensure the work was completed. Asif was professional and friendly and a credit to EVC. The communication from Andrew throughout made sure I knew what would happen when. I highly recommend this company.

I’m a bit surprised at the earlier review as this has not been my experience at all. Both guys who showed up were both friendly and professional. I’d have Chris and Ollie back in a heartbeat.
