i have been using the Eve Lom cleanser for over 20 years and really like it .
However, i placed an order for the extra large one over 2 weeks ago and it has not arrived. There is no way to contact the company by telephone and the emails i have sent come back with an auto reply (saying they will get back to me within 24 hours - not true!). I know that the company was taken over but whoever is now running it seems to be running it into the ground.It almost feels like a scam. I paid £129 so it is a lot of money to take and then to vanish. Beware!

Waited over 2 weeks for my order to be processed, only to receive an automated cancellation email!

Website is super glitchy when trying to add products to the basket and interact with free samples area - if you’re out of stock then update it instead of holding my money for so long.

The cleansing balm is legendary, the lip balm is invigorating and the rescue mask will soothe away your issues. If you have the opportunity to have the lymphatic massage, do, it's revelatory. Absolutely worth booking a month before a big event.

Terrible customer service. Four emails without response to date (not including a Facebook and Instagram message) and with no order having been received nearly a month later. Appalling for a premium beauty brand. I want a refund.

Placed order 15 days ago but order was never processed. Emailed customer support but only got standard reply "you will recieve notification when your package is ready for delivery". On website it was cleaarly stated standard delivery will be processed within 4-5 business day. I am being very patience waited 15 days before giving 1 star here.
