I ordered a ring from the store.
Unfortunately, I did not receive what I had ordered.
- Ring size is different (too small)
- Ring is open and not closed as advertised
- Material looks completely different than advertised. Material is very thin and seems to be a mass product
- The store did not honor the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee
- I went through various emails without a result.
- Finally I was offered to send the item "back" to China. The item I received has been sent from a Warehouse in Duluth according to the package slip. So this is just another tactic to avoid the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
- In the end I was offered a 70% refund, which I accepted. But the refund never came....
I believe Evelyn & Rose is not the "warm family-run boutique dedicated to craftmanship and care" as advertised on their website. The product I received is far from any craftmanship as well as far from what I ordered.
Bottom line: absolutely disappointing and a waste of money (and time) on my end.

Scam website. Items are stolen from different website.

Most of them are from I Segreti Del Mare. An italian shop with verified reviews. Not like this scam

This company is a big scam! You show jewelry you don't have! False advertising just to get someone to buy something from you, then you send a piece of shit jewelry made in China which you don't let that be known until, someone wants a refund. This is what is happening to me! You are refusing to refund my purchase in full. I received a pice of shit ring, Not the one I picked out! You suck! I have since found a lot of reviews from other people that you have screwed.

I feel like I was a victim of “bait and switch”. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on this company before I purchased their merchandise. I feel like I’ve been robbed and I get no response to my request for help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES THIEVES!!

I ordered really nice earrings and received cheap, flimsy earrings that did not resemble the ones on line. The customer service department was not in the least bit helpful, repeating the same or similar answers to my 8 requests for a return label and a full refund. I am livid.

I love my ring! Well made! Just beautiful!

Got the wrong ring and still waiting for my reimbursement

ordering was easy however, receiving the order was like it was shipped on a slow boat from china!!

The ring that I received doesn't look like the one I received. I got very disappointed.
