We have now used Eventmasters on multiple occasions to source tickets to major sporting events and they've been spot on every time! They organized the tickets expertly and communication was plenty throughout.

Went to Wimbledon with my partner last week on a package put together by Eventmasters which included Debenture seats at Court No1 together with lunch, afternoon tea and drinks in the adjoining Renshaw Restaurant. Absolutely fantastic day out. Seats were superb and the quality of both the food and the service in the restaurant was excellent. I cannot recommend the experience highly enough and special praise must go to Kaleigh at Eventmasters for organising everything.

Went to Henley Regatta with my Nice who is a member of a rowing club. Had a really good day. Staff were very attentive and the food was very good. I would recommend Eventmasters to anyone wanting to attend such an event.

The Hospitaly at the Sandrigham in the Royal Enclousre was simply amazing and would highly recommend it for a top experience. Even on the day we got visited by a couple of staff members from event masters who came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. Great to see such detail and customer care on show. Would highly recommend booking through them for the best experience.

Grace was excellent in accommodating our budget to provide us with an option for securing tickets. Very responsive and easy and quick to secure booking. Seats were excellent.
Would definitely recommend this company if you wish to go and watch a match at Chelsea and want to use a reliable company for securing tickets

I bought the museum package with stadium tour for Chelsea v Tottenham for 3. The fixture date changed due to another cup competition and when the new date was set my friend could mot attend. Eventmasters were very understanding and refunded my friends package and my son and I attended. It was a fantastic day and experience for us with it being my sons first visit to Stamford Bridge. Seats were excellent as was the overall package. Chelsea also obliged with a win. I will definitely use Eventmasters again and they are looking ahead for future fixtures i am interested in attending and will maintain contact with me. I've recommended the company to friends.

If Trustpilot was aimed at giving customers confidence to make buying irregular things easier, then Eventmasters are a great example of a company to that made my experience very easy.
I bought FA Cup tickets for my nephew and I at Wembley, a place I’d never been and a world well out of my comfort zone.
I dealt with Grace, who very quickly gave me options and explained the process, she really ‘got’ the facts over and could gave me a better understanding of the event.
She went above and beyond, even sending information to my nephew, which made his day. Stuart too, made sure that everything was okay.
With ticket prices as they are for big events, you should be able to enjoy your time without worries and I felt that Eventmasters and especially Grace made our big trip to Wembley a special day.

Bought a ticket to Chelsea vs Everton before my flight from Melbourne Australia.
Ticket arrived the morning of the game while I was travelling - easy process would buy again.

Please take the time to read this before using eventmasters. A company that has no customer service when things aren't up to scratch. After leaving a review back on the 11 march for the Aston villa, Tottenham match in the Doug Ellis box standard price £3200. Eventmaster price £5999. Please note somehow the review is not visible unless you look at the 2 star rating and now scored themselves a 1 star for no effort at all.
They were contacted by the ticket purchaser a few days after the event. The ticket was paid for by 2 separate parties. Eventmaster were extremely disappointed with the review that I left and asked for it to be taken down. They also asked for my contract information which was happily provided. They offered the purchaser of the tickets, 2 tickets for an Aston villa match (standard tickets) I will add.
Im still waiting for their customer service department to contact me with a reply and a suitable resolution to the problem with the product that they sold to us.
I will keep everyone updated with how eventmasters resolves the issue which has taken far too long to sort out in the first place.

Robert B at Eventmasters was very helpful in arranging tickets for me and my son to the Sprus v Luton match. He eased our minds about the possibility of a change in date/time of the match and our liability for the tickets. It was our first experience with Eventmasters and attending an EPL match traveling from the US. Had a great day.
