I particularly appreciate EventsX user-friendly interface, ease of setup and compatibility, which make it an ideal platform for both event organisers and attendees. There are customisable automated emails with different chat options depending on usage, such as event chat, stage chat or even within session chats, allowing us to connect with fellow attendees in a structured way.

The reception area feature proved invaluable for engaging with participants prior to the main event, setting the stage for a dynamic experience. Notably, while our marketing automation tool faced challenges with sending confirmation emails, EventsX flawlessly handled this task.

In comparison to Zoom, EventsX stands out as a distinct platform that actively encourages participation and fosters the growth of the user community. Moreover, EventsX offers comprehensive analytics, making it effortless to monitor and analyze signups. We are particularly excited about the implementation of magic links, which will allow us to easily track and distribute URLs to participants.

Overall, EventsX has significantly streamlined our event management process. From intuitive landing pages and seamless integrations to active participant engagement and comprehensive analytics, EventsX continues to exceed our expectations.

EvenetsX is already great in BETA, but can become awesome.
EvenetsX is already great in BETA stage, I am sure it become awesome when general release. I love the artificial intelligence features in the platform.

The artificial intelligence institute where I work has used it for several events already. Every time I am struck by how little effort it is to setup an event. I think they have struck the right balance between customization and ease of use.

Why not five stars?
The platform is still in development BETA stage and that means not everything is optimized yet. For instance, a recent revision in the UI that made navigation more intuitive seemed to have led to a decrease in responsiveness of the platform. When the platform available in general release with all the features I will give them five stars for sure. Keep good work EvenstsX team.
